Who is this?  They called and told my wife she had won something.  She didn't know what.  When they called back, I told them not to call again, but they have.  We don't answer.

This number called my cell and I blocked it.  Then they got smarter and called a few months later from as similar but slightly different number 406-530-5038.  I answered, no response.  I hung up then added that number to my verizon blocked call list.  I am also on the federal do not call registry.  Further, I never had this problem until I had a smart phone.

It *is* illegal for them to call your cellphone. It has been since September of 2008 or 2009. I've filed an FCC complaint on the guy for exactly that reason. I also threatened an FTC complaint if I hear from him again, since I've told him to put me on his company's DNC list twice.

Same guy, different numbers. Wierd.

Yes I got several calls from this # it's a ghost call. then other # calls back thanking me for calling them!!!
