Danielle called and can she talk - a lot and fast.  when asking what it will cost me up front, no answer.  Instead, I hear a lot about research for the deed and other things and I get lost in the maze of her pitch.  Why not tell what the cost will be it they are legit.  A property search or deed concern should not matter when it is only points that would be rented.  Then, asked her to send something including a contract and, of course, mostly corporate embellishments.  hmmm.  I was born at night, but not last night.

I had a call yesterday from Timeshare Goldline saying, they had an offer. until today I received the authorization form to be signed. But guess what they made the charge to my credit card already. So I just hope the process will end in a good way for me and I won t loose my money in such a stupid way.

Good luck with that.  I received a call  from Timeshare Goldline telling me they have a buyer willing to pay $26,000 for my property.  They said the buyer deposited $5,000 and I needed to pay $1,200 for fees.

The thing is I never listed my property with this company even though they insisted that I did a year ago.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company and file a complaint with the BBB. There is no buyer!

I got a phone call from a "John Hytes". He said he works for Timeshare Goldline. I asked him to send me some information via email before I make a decision. He started yelling at me telling me he spoke with my husband and he already had a buyer and they were approved and waiting to sign the papers. I told him that I just don't see coming up with $1500.00 up front for anything. I proceeded to tell him I was not interested and he said "The buyers" are waiting and they want wait a couple of hours for you to make your decision. I looked up Timeshare goldline and there was SCAM allover this name. So I HUNG up the phone. He kept calling my phone then my husbands. Back and forth. He finally left a message. He called me a coward and said that he would find a family that was more appreciative than me and told me to have fun "TRYING" to sell my timeshare anywhere else w/out having to come up with the $$$.

I could have called him back and cursed him, but I didn't.

They contacted us recently over our timeshare.. they start off with the nice talk.. that they have people wanting to buy and give us money.. but they want an upfront fee.

We checked the reviews online and found only negative feedback for them. They countered that with pointing us at their website http://www.timesharegoldline.com ... not sure why.. possibly hoping we were idiots that think a website is a sign of the stability of a company. They called back and said they would ring back in 1 hour.. or their generous offer was off the table.. not just for day.. but forever! :S

Once they did ring back and we refused their offer and they became aggressive.. saying that we had a contract and we owed them in some way.

Please, please.. when these people call, especially unsolicited,.. just put the phone down.. don't even try and be nice and talk with them.. they use it as a way in and use your kindness and humanity against you to get your money from you..

They may get you your sale if you stick with them.. but at an upfront cost with no guarantee.. you wouldn't pay $1,000's to 'maybe' sell anything else you own upfront.. so why this!

NEVER LISTEN TO ANYONE THAT SAYS THEY HAVE A BUYER. ------------------------TELL THEM YOU WANT PROOF BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT IF THAY REALLEY HAVE A BUYER THEY WILL PROVE IT TO YOU. AFTER ALL WHO WOULD NOT PROVE IT TO GET YOUR BUSINESS.   99.9% of all those companies would not know how to sell a timeshare, even if they did have a buyer sitting write in front of them. AND INDIANS TO BOOT.  LOL ;)    come
on people wake the ---- UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If Timeshare Goldine is legitimate what's the problem in getting the closing costs at the end.  It's how all real estate transactions are handled, but they want their fees upfront.  Please beware that an estoppel letter and title search do not cost $1900.  You can get both from your home resort.  How I got contacted was when a different company (Blue Bay Advisors) contacted me saying the only fee I would pay was $775 for them to get an estoppel letter and title search.  After 2 years, nothing and there number has been disconnected.  I finally found out how Timeshare Goldline knew I was selling my timeshare.  They work with Blue Bay Advisors who are a so-called marketing / advertising company.  I told the two people that called me on the same day that I would not pay up front and if the buyer is so interested in my timeshare then they can pay the costs and it can be deducted in the final payment.  My husband and I were not interested in being scammed again.  Also, if you check out the Better Business Bureau, Timeshare Goldine has an F rating.  Only one complaint but that doesn't mean there aren't people out there getting scammed who haven't reported them to the BBB.  Any legitimate company would not ask for the fees upfront.

They called me back in January.  I looked up on GoDaddy when their website was registered.  December 5th 2009.  No you know why they say it takes 60-90 days to get your $, because they have only a 3 month window to scam people before they have to change their name again!  Their UPS PO box forwards to California.  Listen to your MOTHER people!  If its too good to be true, it is! And if you see someone on a post saying it worked out for them they are part of the scam, they work for that company.  I dont know how they can sleep at night!

None of the above info is true except the name of the owner is Marco. I formerly worked there and of all the companies out there and I have worked at plenty they are one of the only companies out there that make an attempt to market your property and are very successful at it. I am mad I was fired but lets set the record straight, I was only fired for not being on-time and missing days just like the person who typed this original message if not worse. The local number for PTD is 407 215 9933 and it rings to the office, idiot.

I just authorized the upfront fees then I checked out this company. Goldline Timeshare is in the process of getting $1998.00 from my bank. I have an appointment with my banker tomorrow to counter attack this sale. Goldline also said that I could cancel this transaction within 7 days in writing. I have this letter written and will send it certified tomorrow.

My debit card was stolen in 2008 while I was grieving the death of my husband, they took $6000 before I caught on and the credit union would not give me back my money because the thieves were someone who knew my son, the credit union is Health Care Credit union in Salt Lake City-don't do business with them.

I borrowed this upfront money and was relying on this sale to pay it back. I feel this is a scam now but regret that I did not check them out fully before being so reckless and without thinking twice.

It's a new number they are calling from...Michael Lee & Steve Reed called from 505-750-0920, ex 181 and Matthew Porter called from 505-750-0965, ex 5109.  Michael Lee says he's in Mountain time and Steve Porter says he's in Central time (I imagine this is to make me feel better as I was vacationing in CO. but live in TN) .  Mike and Steve called my cell and Matt called my home.  Matthew says he is the Inventory Manager.  They offered double what I paid for my timeshare but I have to pay $1998.00 up front (which I won't do).  Buyer beware...too good to be true.  From what I can see on the internet it's time for Timeshare Goldline to change their name again.  It's a SCAM!!!

This place is a total farce.  I will report them to the BBB.  I was stupid enough to get sucked into their scam over a year ago.  I've never heard from them again.  They did not even understand the points process nor could they tell me how they prioritized owners from the same resort.  I'm a Military Officer and I'm here to tell you they are a total waste of money.  I am currently pursuing legal counsel and have plenty of evidence this business is illegally operated.  They will be paying me back and many others.  DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, PLEASE!
