Any time someone asks me for a fee to make money...Red flag!
If I can purchase points thru RCI for $0.02/point and someone claims they can sell for $0.11/point...Too good to be true!
I walk away.  I sleep very well at night.

Beware of greed.. YOURS, most of all (and theirs, least of all).

Yes I received a call from this # 407-215-9933, Premium Timeshare Depot from a man called (jonathan). Gave me the TALK you know'
All that fancy gibberish JAZZ TALK. Can talk the talk, BUT couldn't RUN the RUN. He Told Me how he had renters already lined up for My timeshare @$1,800 for 1BDRm, $2,100 for 2BDR & $2,500 dollars for 3 BDRM, with My points of 20,000ea.He would do all the leg work, rent My unit w/my OK, send Me the check, &
when the check clears to call him back & leave positive feedback on the experience & that way he could get paid! I said that I would think about it. (I'm thinking how does he get paid? MAYBE they rent the units 4 more $money, & they give Me the amount he stated. I'm OK With that, GET PAID FOR DOING NOTHING).  After playing phone & email tag for a couple of weeks to see if I was still interested, I said yes I'm interested, Now' the story changes, All he needed was to "Secure" this deal! By giving him My CREDIT CARD info. for a fee of $499.00 up front to start the process. Sounds good right!  BUT one problem, $499 up front , I said Why don't you send Me the (CHECK) minus the difference of $499 owed on the back end.
He stated the company does not allowed them to do it this way because I have to call them back for positive feedback on experience with the transaction from the company that way they can(W/ the OK from Me) release the funds for him to get payed from My CREDIT CARD.  In the past people would not call back & they got screwed out of their $money, So' Now they have to (SECURE) the $MONEY up front.  So' I said how can I Screw you if you guys are cutting the Check out to Me (DEDUCT THE DIFFERENCE), his REPLY to Me, "THAT'S A GOOD THEORY".  WHAT A LOAD OF KRAP! W/ A CAPITAL "K". This guy has a come back for everything I say! (GOT HIS BASIS COVERED!)
    So he thinks!
IS THIS MAKING ANY SENSE?  HOW STUPID does he think I' am. I might be crazy for entertaining his offer, BUT I'm --------->F       A        R----->from STUPID!  So' I told him I'm NOT interested in doing business this way. In real estate Buyers puts money UP FRONT, Seller pays on BACK END! SIMPLY PUT!
I told him that I already rent My Timeshare on My own & NOT ONCE I HAD TO PUT MONEY UP FRONT, My Renters payed Me first, then I payed for the processing on the Back End, I thought that this would be an opportunity to take advantage of another avenue for extra $$.  Now he wants to challenge Me that I have to pay for advertising pay up front for processing fees spend $$ to make $$ etc... yadi, yadi, yadi,. As if all this BS wasn't insulting enough Now he called Me a "CHICKEN"! (the nerve of people).
I was on My cycle & it started to rain I said I will call him back to finish this conversation, hung up!
Called him back, He said he deleted Me from the system, (GREAT!) & that I made him LOOK STUPID!
    If the name FITS!
What kind of company is this?....
I told him that he was very UNPROFESSIONAL resorting to NAME CALLING & DECEPTION & that he had  POOR PEOPLE SKILLS, & in closing I told him TO LOSE MY #  & HUNG UP!
Never received a call back from him ever again!
& the saying goes, IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN....

I hope that the prior employee of PTD will write me back. I would like to know more about why s/he is so confident that this company is legitimate. Anyone else with actual experience renting or selling a timeshare with them would be welcome to respond, also. You can respond to my email at giatw50@verizon.net. You will need to provide a verifiable name and address.

sammyjane, you seem very confident. I have been contacted, but haven't chosen to let them advertise. Did they offer you ongoing advertisement without any additional fees? Or was it a one-time deal?

Brandon says, "I do not work HERE".  What is he doing there?  There is a person there who I believe is an owner or partner that is named Brandon. He also does verifications after his sales reps hook a deal.  If this guy doesn't work there but is a customer from the past then why is he researching them now.  These guys have to come onto these sites and try to stick up for their scams all of the time or they would never be able to sucker any of these people into paying these outrageous, upfront costs for absolutely nothing.  PEOLPE, DO NOT DO THIS.  IT'S A LIE!

This sounds like a manager posing as a former employee that was "fired".  So, you were fired, researched the company that fired you, then stuck up for them.  Nice try!  Premium Timeshare Depot is a scam!

I worked for Premium Timeshare Depot in 2009.  So did Sammy.  At the time, she was dating the owner.  Unless this company has made a 180 degree turn, don't do this.  They will only take your money.

Stop calling me!  This company is relentless!  I have told them time and again to knock it off...they just don't get it that I am to the point of reporting them.  I don't want to sell my timeshare.  If I did, I would not go through these annoying people.

My husband received a phone call today from 407-215-9933.  The person presented themselves as an employee of RCI and asked if we wanted to rent our timeshare.  He was at work so asked them to call back tonight.  They never called, so we called RCI ourselves.  RCI reported that this is a scam and they do not rent timeshares.  If you get a call from this number it is not RCI and it is a scam.  My husband can't wait for them to call back so he can tell them off.

    To time sharer in Canada:
There are list's that's available to the public and/or they pay for them in some or most occasions.
& that's how they bombard you w/junk emails, regular mail, phone calls, etc.. & So on!
    Another thing to ad.
Did they ask you for some more info. on your timeshare?

Here's the thing'  If they have your total point & Time share info. Then why do they need to ask you for more info. like they asked me. It's because it's a (SCAM)!
They only have some info. that's why they need to extract more info. from you w/ this type of situation.
W/some other SCAMS they may or may not have all your personal info.
    note:(Also want your approvals).

If they really had my info. & they where Legit, If this was "RCI" for example, & this is who you deal with. Then they wouldn't need to know more about detailed & Personal info. because they'd already have it & They would (CLEARLY LET YOU KNOW WHO THEY WHERE AND INTENTIONS W/OUT ANY DOUBTS)!  And all they would need to do @ this point is to Confirm it & that you are who you are for security reasons And take the necessary steps or procedures, Then take it from there, what ever the process is.

This is a real scam. They lead you to believe that they have a family that is interested in buying your timeshare, but you never get any paperwork to indicate that is true. I signed with them in
February and all they kept doing was stringing me along with one problem after another. Finally in August I had enough and was able to reverse the amount on my credit card. There phone system also is a real pain. To reach them you have to wait on hold for more than an hours provided you don't get cut off only to have to start all over. This is what I call a customer disservice! They are real liars!J6B

Wait, I am a customer of Premium Timeshare and had ANOTHER company call saying they worked with Premium. They said they had a buyer and got me all excited because I had been a customer for about 4 months with Premium and only had one or two inquires. The other company was Vacation Property Management and said my property could be bought at $24,000 and they could send a check if I paid almost $1,000 towards closing costs. It seemed too good to be true, so I called Premium Timeshare and found out Vacation Property Management had no association with Premium. They informed me to not be scammed because you can get information regarding buyer, contracts, estoppel letter, status certificate, etc if there really is a buyer. This other company really was a scam because they didnt want to give me any information they just hounded me for $1,000 with the promise to send a check immediately. If it wasnt for Premium's customer service being available for my questions regarding my property I could of been scammed. Two more months went by and my property was finally rented. Took 6 months and it was tedious waiting for an offer BUT they did keep in contact with me and i was able to pay my maintenance fees and the rest I profited from. I've worked with different agents over time with Premium but someone is always there to answer any concerns my husband and I have ever had.

My husband and I actually worked with Jordan & Patrick and Brandon did the verification. Now, since we signed up with Premium Timeshare, when we would call for our original agents they were no longer there, however someone was always available to answer our questions regarding our property. My timeshare with Grandview in Las Vegas was rented to a couple around 6 or 7 months after we signed up. It felt like forever but they really did rent our property. I wasnt happy my husband had even signed up with Premium but they proved me wrong and him right. It got rented. So I doubt it is a scam.

Timeshare Goldline is a SCAM...I've been dealing with them for the past 6 months through their Albuquerque, NM office.  They contacted me and asked if I wanted to sell my timeshare, which I did.  They said they had a buyer interested.  A price was negotiated, and I paid them well over $2,000.  They said it would take 60-90 days to close escrow.  I always had to call them for status updates of the sale.  They provided no customer service.  They don't respond to emails, and it's very hard to get through because you're placed on hold FOREVER.  Then, in August 2010, I finally got through and was told that the buyers were trying to find different financing with a lower interest rate.  I have not heard back since.  I've tried calling two phones (505-750-0965 and 866-930-0939).  I'm placed on hold, listening to music and after over 15 minutes waiting, my calls get disconnected.  I try again, and the same thing happens.

If you've been SCAMMED by the Albuquerque office, please contact the Consumer Protection Division at the New Mexico Attorney General's office to file a complaint (505-222-9000).

I have been a client of Premium Timeshare Depot since October of last year.  My husband and I were very skeptical of companies charging "up front fees" because we have been scammed before. We never use our timeshare, it's a complete waste of money if you ask me, and we figured if we can't sell it for what we paid for and this company can rent it as they claimed then we'd see what happened.  It took a year but they finally did put a renter in our Wyndham.  We only made $1000 (not the $1800 they listed it for) but it was definitely better than nothing.  So to us, this wasn't a scam.  The scam was the $1500 we lost with GMAC last year in April.
