Just received a call from Reese Kramer @ Premium Timeshare Depot.  Anyone heard of him?  Explained to me how he can rent out my 2 bedroom condo at $2500 each.  Have not asked me for any upfront cost yet.  I did receive an email from him with an attached client agreement form.  Also on the email it states that they are connected with "The Orange County Convention Center" and "American Resort Developer's Association".

I just received a call from Jonathan Caldwell today, to put up my timeshare for rent thru Premium Timeshare Depot. They charged me a one time upfront fee of $536. and they said they're going to rent out my timeshare at most in 6 months. He assured me that their company and their deal is legitimate. I hope they are, since he said he does not feed his 2 kids with "scam money", this after I wanted his reassurance that they will do as they promised. I also talked with "John" who verified all the information that I gave them.

I just googled Premium Timeshare Depot and I can not believe some of these things i'm reading!  I signed up my RCI points with them last year in July with a fellow by the name of Patrick and they rented my timeshare in March.  It took 8 months but at least they got the job done, along with us making $1200.  This was definitely a legitimate deal in my case!  Good luck to you

I have not heard of that individual personally but I am familiar with the company. I dealt with them two years ago as well as last in regards to rental purposes. The salesmen I dealt withs name was Chris Johnson and he is currently still employed by them I spoke to him last month. Thus far I have no complaints, it did take some time before I recieved a rental but I am presuming these things take time.Hopefully this is helpful in your dealings.

Premium timeshare depot is not related in anyway to a company referred to as JAMS mgmt of orlando nor are they affiliated with an organization called goldline. I have two properties with premium and have never been told they are affiliated with rci or anyone else. I think people hear what they want to hear sometimes or may mis-read things.

The rep I dealt with and management staff at Premium Timeshare Depot have been nothing but courteousI, called with updates instead of making me call them and diligently worked to rent out my timeshare which I am happy to say that it has been rented out twice since I have been a client of their's and I was just informed today that they finally were able to sell my timeshare.  Christmas just came early!!! So for all the nay sayers out there slamming this company I just want to say this company has done right by me and that I would refer and have referred a few people their way. Thank you Premium Timeshare you're awesome!!

I became a client of Premium Timeshare Depot back in Jan 2010 and have been kept in the loop every step of the way.  They do ask you for an up front fee but anybody living in the real world knows that you have to pay a fee in order to rent or sell any property you may own whether it be timeshares or real estate.  If you know of a realtor that sells or rents properties for free, please let me and the rest of the world in on who does that.   It took awhile but after 7months they have rented out my timeshare in Vegas twice with another booking already set up for January 2011.  So as far as I am concerned they are very good and reputable company.

    Thanks,
    John

I have dealt with an individual at Premium Timeshare Depot over the last few months. He was
very helpful in getting my several weeks of timeshares sold at a reasonable price.
I appreciated it that you he was  very accessible when I needed to speak with him, and I
am most satisfied with the sale procedures, time it took to complete the
transactions, and the attention paid to my matter by the staff.  Thank you
    for your excellent service.

Premium Timeshare Depot called me.  Since they inquired about my timeshare, by using my timeshare company's name, I asked them if they were from the company.  After a slight pause and studder the person said that they were affiliated with my timeshare company.  So I asked him what department they were affiliated with.  Marketing, he said (I wasn't surprised).  So I asked who ran my timeshare company's marketing department.  I guess he needed time to come up with an answer as he repeated my question.  He then said he was from PTD.  So I said "so you're not really affiliated with  (substitute your timeshare company name)."   He said no we aren't.  So I asked him why he was trying to pass PTD off as being affiliated when they weren't.  He had no response.  So my next question was why, since they had no affiliation and I have never dealt with PTD, were they calling someone on the Do Not Call List.  He told me that if I had told him that I was on the list he would have ended the call.  I informed him that it is his responsibility to check his number against the list.  He claimed he would take my number off the list but I won't hold my breath waiting for that to happen.

I signed up with timeshares by owner $3495. After i found out they just took my money they told me to put the 4000 charge on my rci card. Like a big dummy i did, Then a year later i got a call from Premium  Timeshare they informed me i shoudnt have paid that amount to a listing company, I got some of my refund back and signed up with Premium Timeshare Depot For  600, It took them a couple of months I thought i had ben scamed agained, but i did receive 3 offers.I gave them 5 weeks So i cant complain after what i have lost in the past, So be careful on what company you pay. Especially anything over $1,000.

What the heck is a Hindo accent?  For God's sake, it's Indian accent.  Hinduism is a religion in India and the person that follows that religion is a Hindu!  Millions of christians/Buddhists etc living in India also have an "Indian" accent.  There is no such thing as a Hindu accent just like there is nothing called a Christian accent LOL!

I got a call from the same number 407-215-9933, guy's name is Mitch Raymond.  He never claimed to be from RCI, he said he is from Premium Timeshare Depot.  He emailed me the links to the company, their membership with Orlando Chamber of Commerce etc.  I called that number back and the company is right.  They asked me to pay $750 upfront to rent my timeshare which I am keen on doing but am afraid to put any money upfront.  Now they say they are willing to reduce the upfront fees.   I checked out their website as well which looks legit (as in it exists with right phone info etc).  Caller even said I could check with BBB to verify there have been no complaints against them.  I am in a bind, not sure if I should get suckered into this....

BRANDON BOOTH  is rude , coming cursing in front of everybody like he is mad @ the WORLD , if he has Money like he said he does Why is he Mad ? Obviously Money can't buy him  Happiness . This man needs a Reality Check & the Reality Check is Everybody needs to Leave & Let him Run this Place by HIMSELF , It takes good Salesman to sell in order for him to make Money & his mindframe he think everybody is IRREPLACEABLE , but how many of EMPLOYEES is he going to keep passing & quit on him . If that don't tell him something he must be slow , or matter of fact he too HIGH  to know or even Remember ........... he needs to GET A REALITY CHECK before the place shut down on him cause he can't run it by himself , he needs EVERYBODY 'S Help to make it , stop being OFFSTYLE & show more APPRECIATION By Respecting them & Talk to them in a more appropriate way or Maybe he doesn't know nothing about MANERISM .

You are one special (like short yellow bus) special person who obviously worked for a very short time and are very closed minded. If you did hold a position Im sure it  was a short period of time and you did not get to know this individual whatsoever. You know nothing about sales and will never make any money at it."I used to be a salesman its a tough racket."
