LDTS called me and I said " yes " to reducing my phone bill and then he asked a lot of  questions and I basically gave the answers . He said he was from ATT and was to reduce my charge by 15 per month. I called the FTC and FCC they took the info and probably not follow up. The guy from LDTS called back and asked why I hung up and I told him I called the FTC and theFCC  and he told me I was toast and my life will never be the same. He has been calling to swear at me every half hour since and oddly he has some method of preventing me from recording him.

I got a call from this number yesterday, but didn't answer it.  They did not leave a message. I did a search of the number today and found these messages.  It looks like they are starting up again.  

I do not want an unwanted phone call from this above phone line.
