A live person never calls, a recording always calls and leaves an 800 number to call back (1-800-709-0241) if you want to reduce your debt.  If you call and tell them to take your name off the list, they hang up on you.  I have been hung up at least 10 times, but they won't stop calling. (I have no debt and therefore no reason for them to call me)

The recording always introduces "Hi I'm Cory..." and I have attempted to get our business number off the list and they always hang up.  This time I asked for the company name and they hung up on me again.  My suggestion is NEVER give your personal information to this company because I'm thinking it is people possibly trying to steal your information.  I only give this suggestion because they wont give me the company name.

I just received the exact same call.  His name is William Park. It was obviously a recording, and he said it's imperitive that I call him back because I qulified for the Debt Reduction Allowance Program!!  He said to call back at 800-709-0241.  The number that showed up on my phone caller id was 408-651-8146.  This is a SCAM!! I've received this call about five times in the past month, but just finally researched it.

I did return a call to the number and they asked if I wanted to speak to a representative.... I did a respectful... Take me OFF YOUR ____ Phone list..... I call the number back approximate 5 more times.... each time I got a human... I told them again my request in a louder more sarcastic voice and words........ then I told them that I was beyond being mad....I warned them that I was mad and that I was going to go to the local discount store..... guess what I went for... I headed to the sporting goods department...... a REFEREE WHISTLE........... NO I would not do that ..... would I..... Yes I did... I feel like you, all frustrated... so I took out my frustration on them..... I called 5 times and when they answered.... I blew the whistle..... On the 5 call I heard some one scream at me..... I said..... if you do not take me off your phone list.... then I will return calls to you all through the weekend and who ever answers will get a whistle in your ears until you finally learn what I am talking about.... take me off your list..... O by the way..... my wife asked me to leave the house.... so it was a nice drive to an area where the whistle would not harm any one except who..........

I call them so many time today on a sat and they keep hang up on me, I ask them were they are and they give me a diferent location,,,I think I have talk to every single employed there cuz they told me to stop calling if I dont have a debt...
so what I did..I keep calling again and I got their website http://www.morgandrexen.com and then they hang up on me again
I call them a few times more and they told me that I was anoying them, I dont his is nice what they had said.

well so I keep calling a few more times and they told me their company was call bhuba, and then consumer credit, so I told them my name was morgan drexen and they hang up on me again.

I was hung up on several times after asking which company they are with.  On my sixth call, when someone answered, I told them that I will report them to the FBI if they do not remove my telephone number from the list.  They were then cooperative and agreed to remove my number.  I was on the phone with them for about 4 minutes to do this, but I think it has been done.

Debt Reduction phone  call unsolicited.

They kept leaving messages on my cell phone saying it was urgent to call back in order to qualify for debt reduction.  I thought they had the wrong number, so I called back and it was like the rest of you all said.  They wanted me to speak with a representive.  I kept telling them I wanted to talk to the guy that called me and they wouldn't let me.  I really believe it's a scam!

I too keep getting calls from Mr. William Park...I just started checking the number he left and the number he called from...that is how I found this page. Sounds to me like fraud. Like the whistle idea will have to try that when they call back...thanks for the idea.

Several calls a day with no one there and  no message left.

I got a call from this number today for Discounted Sattelite TV this was the second time I had recieved this call in the last three days.  I was hung up on the first time when I asked to be removed from the list, and also today when asked to be taken off the list.  So I called the number back and was hung up on a THIRD time today when asked to be removed.

I had fun with these jack@$$es. Indian accented caller. They called regarding satellite service. I asked how they got my number. They hung up on me. I called back to tell them not to call 2 times, but they hung up on me before I could finish. Whenever I called back they asked if I wanted to reduce my debt. The 4 time I said yes and stated a high amount of debt. She took my fictitious name and transfered me to an American sounding guy. I eventually asked him his name. He reluctantly replied, "John". Then I told him I wanted off the call list. Wow. Was John angry that I wasted his time and lied about being in debt! He told me so for over 30 seconds before hanging up on me. I have free long distance. I think I'll keep calling and making up stories for fun.

Love the whistle idea!  I've got to get one!

A tape recording introducing Cory from Intercounty Records and marketing that I can now sign up for the debt reduction program! Wheeeee... f*cking annoying.

Have fun with these guys...I like the whistle trick (wait until they answer and blow an "Acme Thunderer" whistle available at your local Wal-Mart in their ear) because there are only 3 or 4 people that actually answer the phone.  "Annie" is the Indian sounding woman, she is the most polite and will just hang up every time you ask her about anything other than debt. Maybe a bit childish, but gives me a good laugh every time.  Annoying [***]...

I just submitted a complaint against morgan drexler to the better business bureau. You should all do the same!

Do you know where they are located at? Which Better Business Bureau did you file the complaint with?

When you go on the better business website and input the company name to file complaint section it will direct you to the closest bbb to them. I chose the California location but after I saw on the website that Las Vegas is their corporate headquarters. so you should select that one.

I have been getting these calls for over 2 months now, and I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry; Every time I'd call them back or ask to talk w/ their supervisor, they refuse and hang up; every time I'd ask which company they're with, they tell me they'll call me back and refuse to disclose who they are;

I have heard so many things, from so many different people on here.. One says that the telemarketing firm's telephone service carrier is Freedom Ring Communications (D.B.A. Bay Ring Communications); I also hear it's called Total Marketing Solutions, etc etc.. We really need to come up with something fast!

What I was thinking, is this- one of us sign up for something, build some good rapport with one of the reps, get as much info as we can, then BANG!

Hey guys! The company responsible for all of this is Wildgate Services (aka Digitcom Services- digitcom.net) out of Culver City, CA. Call them at once! Their # is 800.464.5446 and ask them for their address, if they'll even provide it. The next step is to Contact the FCC- the TCPA strictly states that they are NOT to deny you your right for a proper and legit location mentioned from the rep when they call you, but they've been giving false whereabouts and that is also a violation. I have calculated, under the TCPA, I am entitled NOW to $36,000 from these idiots and I am filing my small claims suit today! (it's only $55!!) Also, the FCC just may do that for you as well! :D

Make sure you log all calls and document the numbers, times, and dates and what happened in each call.. also, they are NOT allowed to deny you the right to a copy of their DO NOT CALL maintenance policy. ask for that next time and EACH time they call you, and log each denial or hang up from them, which just buries them even MORE!
