If we all call them 5 times for every time they call us and we yell/blow a whistle/ [***] with them each time we call eventually they will get sick of it. Just keep messing with the pricks hopefully we can get them to stop

I too get hung up on when I hit 1 and ask to be put on the do not call list.  The numbers were 408-651-8146, 408-651-8160, 714-607-5725, 714-607-5770.  A lawyer sounds like a good idea!

keep getting voicemails and phone calls from this # for debt consolidation.  I used the vegas BBB to file a complaint.  thanks whomever put up the company name, cuz I could never get it from them, they hang up when I ask.  Also sent a letter to corporate headquarters, also requested info on the "no call" lists for Vegas, NY & NJ from the BBB - by law they should not be able to contact anyone on these lists. dated 4-23-08

I received a letter from the Ohio Attorney General today- it's in response to Wildgate Wireless/Digitcom. Digitcom wrote back to the Attorney General and stated this:

"The phone numbers (603) 214-3683, (603) 214-3537, (408) 651-8146, (916) 219-8134, and (562) 289-8146 are not used to make phone calls. We supply these numbers to clients as ANI (Automated Number Identifiers)only, with the limitation and rules outlined below. When the call is actually made, the ANI typically appears in the caller ID box of the called party's telephone."

"Our client that displayed the (603) 214-3537, (408) 651-8146 and (562) 289-8146 ANI's for the calls in question is:
Stargate International, Inc.
Suite 5430, Apartado 0832-1276
World Trade Center
Panama City, Panama

and, our client that displayed the (603) 214-3683 and (916) 219-8134 ANI's for the calls in question is:
Voice Solutions
6391 76th Avenue
Pinellas Park, FL 33781."

They state that they only provide the ANI's and that's it. So, the companies in addition to Dish Network, National Dealers Warranty, and Surveycruise.com, are those mentioned above who actually MAKE the calls on behalf of these three major companies just mentioned. They also call on behalf of Direct Solutions (Executive Direct Solutions) and they are ALSO collectible! Meaning, once I file my lawsuit, I know exactly WHO to sue!

I ended up filing a claim with the FCC online and I just received my confirmation in the mail that they are investigating it.  When they call you, tell them not to call and file it with the FCC.... DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! They will ask you for specific dates and times of the phone calls and if anyone gives you a name, write it down.  The more info you can give the FCC, the better.  The next time they call, file another claim with the FCC.  Keep filing one everytime they call because they will get fined for each violation.  Stick it to these guys! They're still calling me just not as often as they were before.

I am receiving the same messages on my phone but I cannot find them anywhere online to give me an address or any information at all about where they are. They keep saying in the recording that they have received my paperwork that I have never filled out and to call them back. If anyone can give me information on how to file the complaint I would be happy to do so.

Called my cellphone. It was a recording that said "Attention Credit Card Holders... Blah Blah Blah... How can they be allowed to call cell phones or any phone number for that matter? I am so SICK of this kind of call I would like to throw up on their shoes!

I get calls day after day and finally got fed up I called the Digitcom Services Inc.toll free number (1-800-464-5446 ) and let them know i keep receiving these call from this company. as soon as o told him the tele phone number he knew what it was wouldn't give me the company name but gave me a case number and ( #14253 )  I also asked him to have my number blocked on their side to not get calls from them any more so we shall see if this works ...
