Wow, I wish I had read up about these unsolicited calls before yesterday!  Alli, thanks for all the great research.  I have been called by at least 4 of these numbers, and was hung-up on when I stated "please take my number off your call list"  Immediately, actually, before I even got the entire sentence out!  So I started asking for a manager, sometimes I said loudly "and DON'T hang up on me!" that bought a few more seconds, one guy even politely told be he would take my number off the list, though then I was calling from a land-line. This sounds like an off-shore call, obviously all coached to hang-up.  LOVE the whistle idea but will probably call the 800 number Alli gave.

An attorney just contacted me. We can all get together for a class action lawsuit if ya guys want, which is what I mentioned to HIM. There are so many people here wanting to file it, and I would love to see how many people will actually come forth and just DO IT! lol
Anyway, I'm still getting all the additional info necessary to put them under. :D
I'm now trying to find the name of the factory car warranty and their website because it's got their phone number on their website also.. lol

They call over and over and leave messages on my voicemail. I've called them 5 times and asked to be taken off their list and they hang up on me every time. They say that I've qualified for a debt reduction program even though we have no debt. I've gotten another call from a William Park saying it's "imperative" that we call him back right away about our payments.

Please file a Complanint with the FCC.  IT is easy and it will help end this madness....

These bozos keep calling my wifes cell offering the satellite tv stuff. I might have to buy her a whistle! When they called the fourth time, my wife had me answer her phone. I tried getting there company name and got hungup on. Sounds like a bunch of the same B.S.

I tried calling this number 7 times to tell them to stop calling me.  The first 4 times they hung up on me as soon as I asked to speak to someone about not calling me.  The last three times I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor.  I was told I couldn't speak with them and the they hung up on me again.  All 7 times I reached a different operator with an Indian sounding accent.

I got a call from William Park from a company named Newco Data. Yesterday, I got the same, but with no company name on it, and today the Newco Date showed in my caller ID. They offered me a debt reduction thing. These guys are dumb..

How do I sue these guys?..They keep asking me for money, via a reduction debt program.

I have been getting these calls leaving various 800 numbers. I tried to call them back and get the Indian chick named "maggie". I also tried to ask what company they were with and got hung up on several times. The scam they were trying was reducing your credit card debt, like I'd give these @#$%*& my personal info. And yes I'd love to file a class action suit. The problem is we probably wouldn't win a thing. I am also on the do-no-call registry.

I never answer it's a waste of time. Caller ID tells me who it is. Why answer.

They always call around 5 never leave a message and never say anything when I answer the phone.  My phone always says "incoming call from Salinas California," (408) area code.  Un-real, they should get a real job.  I like the whistle story as well.

When solictors call tell them your not interested in their offer, but offer to sell them some of your own belongings instead, old furniture, cars, in general yard sale things you no longer want.  Maybe You'll make a sale or they'll quit calling hopefully.

This people, call me from 7 O'clock in the morning with some stupid advertisement. Today, I decided to talk to somebody to avoid accesive calling and when I kindly asked not to call me anymore because I do not have any credit card debt, they hung up on me. so I call back to talk to other person, this girl hangs up on me again,  So I called back again to talk to somebody, and this lady hangs up on me again. This phone number is somekind of advertisement of Credit Cart Debt Consolidation and I don't know how they got my number. and I can't even talk to actual person to make sure my number is removed from their telemarketing list. I am very upset right now and you should do something about it.

These people have called me over many months now. I push "1" and yes they hang up on you if you ask to be removed from their list or ask to speak to a manager.
I called them back 6 times, each time I was hung up on. Now the guy who had the whistle idea is awesome. I called them at dinner time must have been their busiest time because I got forwarded to some womans voice mail instead of a whistle I left my message with an AIR HORN. I hope she gets the message while drinking her morning coffee. I have already filed a complaint with the FCC. These people sound like scam artists and they are breaking the law.

I want to organize a "Blow the whistle on telemarketers day" everyone calls these guys and when they answer use an airhorn, whistle, etc...

**tip** for those that want to try speak very softly so they press the phone to their ear trying to hear you than let loose the instrument of noise

I have been called on numerous occassions.  I document every phone call(date, time, phone number).  I called (408) 651-8146 numerous times to ask to have my number removed from their list.  Each time I was hung up on. I just filed a complaint with the FCC.  Hopefully, I do not receive anymore phone calls.

I would like to be included in the suit as well. I get calls from these people pretty much everyday. I ask for my number to be taken off the calling list and I get hung up on. I try to call back and get the recording telling me to please dial a 1 plus the area code when calling this number.

I am having the same problem...they keep calling my 10 year olds trac phone...if i get info on them i am suing for harassment of my son. i have not deleted their messages...keeping them for evidence. have had several calls from william park and a couple of others.

calling seceral times to lower my credit debt...i am ten years old!
