- jlockeGot a call from this number today. No one said anything when I answered, just lots of noise in the background. Google brought me here when I entered the number. Hope they don't call back, but it appears odds of that are slim.
- john holotno one on line, fifteenth time they have called
- BLDo not know who Photon is, so I looked up the number and see that they call everyone numerous times. Unlike everyone else, they called 3 times without leaving messages. I found their website and am going to request they not contact me.
- Caller: Photon
- AKrelentless... and at various times of the day...
Luckily my 800 number (www.tagline.cc) has a custom contact list feature. I simply added them to the my custom "hang-up" list and now they just get a busy signal when they call.- Caller: Photon Infotech

- FarceMaster replies to controlz| 2 repliesI usually ask if whatever they are selling comes with pickles. Then I list the pickles I like - and ask if they have experience supplying such pickles. I go on and on (if it is late night and I am watching TV and it is a commercial break I can keep this up for awhile - then they catch on and eventually hang up... except if their language skills are not too sharp or think "Pickles" is some sort of new programming language, we could be in for a real confusing conversation.
I did this over at my parent's house once for a sales call (Maybe about magazines) and my mother got so upset with me, she grabbed the phone out of my hand and told the caller, don't you realize he is pulling your leg (or wasting your time ... ) and hung up on them... my tactic usually discourages such calls ... maybe they have a log telling future sales callers, that the owner of this number is somewhat insane... or wastes your time - FrasierI got another call from 4087051265. I typically don't pick up if I don't know who it is, and i'd forgotten this number was the Indian web development outsourcers until I googled the number and found this web site. They've called every 3-4 days for a few weeks now. They always leave about 45 seconds of music and then hang up without leaving a message.

- Erik replies to AmyGot a call from them this morning. Sent them to voicemail. No message.
Not the sort of company I would ever do business with. I wonder who would. They and their customers deserve each other, I suppose. - SmithGot 1 message from them and they've called twice since. Could not understand one word in the message.

- very annoyedOkay, I have had at least 50 calls from 408 705 1265 (I let it go straight to voicemail because the caller ID says, "unknown 0000000000") -it's always the same guy (cannot undstand the name he gives) and it's always the exact same message so I think it must be a recording and my number is on an automated system. I tried calling the number to tell them to take me off their frickin list but it just goes to automated voicemail. It's so annoying!!
They are called Photon Infotech

- very annoyed replies to funnyso if you worked for them, will you kindly let us all know how to get them to STOP CALLING us??!
- screwindiaAnyone that would actually do business with these offshore idiots gets what they deserve. Hopefully it costs them what it cost american workers in lost jobs.
We should be able to go after AT&T for providing them this phone number for their illegal use (non-compliance with DNC list).- Caller: Photon Infotech

- HCgot a call, didn't undesrtand what they said, told him I will call back -not.
- deathtotelemarkers!Just called AT&T ... they said they didn't care since _I_ wasn't an AT&T customer. (Cancelled my service with those idiots years ago) I asked them how I could get one of those lines so I could call and harass people with absolute immunity ... they didn't think I was funny .... imaging that
They take absolutely no responsibility for their part in enabling them. Anyone that has AT&T should hold them responsible!- Caller: photon infotech

- unhappy replies to Smitha denial of service attack on both the web site and phone number is in order. it has to be done out of the US but you can find the people. can the person who worked with them provide any email addresses inside the company and the name/home address of any of the management
one cool thing you can do is get a list of all their immediate neighbors and send them a letter describing what their neghbor does: see the whitepages web site - Web ProI've only gotten one call from this number/company so far. Through the poor connection & broken English, the caller admitted he was calling from India. Many countries outside the USA have USA callback numbers, so that's not unusual. He was reading from a script, and wasn't confident or clear in his manner.
I told him we don't hire people who don't know their product, can't speak clearly, and that we also don't hire international subcontractors. He hung up.
I called them back at the number on Caller ID and got a generic voicemail box. I left a message saying that I don't want to do business with them and that further calls would be treated as harassment.
Folks, two things you need to know. If you're a US business, you can't be put on the Do Not Call registry, as that's only for residential numbers. Second, since they're in India, there's practically zero chance that you can initiate, follow through or collect on any legal action against them. They know this.
We can, however, as a group, harass them back. A couple of people won't make a difference. It'll take a flood of disapproval to make the point.- Caller: Photon Infotech

- Web ProI received a second call 40 minutes after the first. I made it clear that we wouldn't be doing business with them, and why. Watching this.
- Maria in ILSame as everyone else, some guy with a very heavy indian accent that I could hardly understand. Took 10 tries before he said he would put my number on their DNC list. Who knows if he'll actually do that since there is an obvious language barrier and I doubt he understood what I told him. There really needs to be a DNC list for businesses that way no one would be subjected to their unintelligible nonsense.
