I've received calls from these guys for several months, the last one (so far) today, from this number and from 408-404-3301.

I'm in Canada and can't use your US-based Do Not Call list. I've filed a complaint with the CRTC here (our FCC) but I don't think it's going to do any good.

I keep getting voicemails from "Dave" at Photon Infotech, among others. Wish there was some way to stop these guys. Called my wireless provider, Fido (owned by AT&T) and they can't do anything to block the number.

My best solution so far is to add them to my contact list with a separate ring so I know to ignore the calls, but they still clog up my voicemail box with crap several times a week.

They have called and called me also.. yes they found me on craigslist after i posted.  after a quick call with there supposed development people.
I receive a work list.. anyone care to guess what they were looking to charge me to devolop the site???   180k... Yes i said 180k...
they are insane...  the said the project would take 43 days and the project manager was billing me 33k.... I did not realize they were that well pain in India these days....   My advice.. Run and run fast from them

They have called about 4 times with a thick Indian accent.  They want to help me with IT, and my response was: 'I have asked you to remove me from your list many times, if you can't figure out how to do that- how good can you be at IT?"

Not too impressive

This company, Photon Infotech are a bunch of Internet scammers who rip people off selling sub-par technology services.  They harass people with a never ending array of telemarketing calls. If you ask to be removed from their list, they hang up and call you again, over and over.  AT&T can't block their calls. I've filed complaints with the FTC.  They don't honor the do-not-call list and are using 15 year old telephone number lists and asking for people who have been dead for years.  This company is the worst.

Photon Infotech call us every few days and won't take no for an answer. They can barely speak English and will not honor requests to stop calling. Why on earth would anyone want to outsource their business to unprofessional, unethical scumbags like them? Complaints about them are spread all over the Internet (try doing Google on "Photon Infotech").

Guys to start, all Indian companies are not bad I am sure many of them do offer really good services but its just that phoney companies like Photon Infotech make it difficult for people to filter the right companies. I do have a software company based in UK and India and these people haven't spared me. They keep calling and asking what softwares I use, what project I am working on etc etc. and its difficult for even me to understand them. I was wondering what the lady was on about, all I could understand was outsource and Linux...lol...and I blabbered something about LAMP and WAMP and hung up. I haven't used their services so would not comment on that but one thing for sure that afer reading all these comments, I would think long and hard before I entertain their calls.

Photon Infotech -- these guys are relentless! I read some terrible reviews about them and have asked them not to call to no avail.  If you come across them, under no condition should you engage their services.  They are the worst!  At least based on my very brief experience with them as well as reviews that I have come across regarding their work product.  Just a complete waste of money.  Considering that they stalk CraigsList for software postings and call incessantly should give you an idea of the type of company this is.

I've had a VERY bad experience with Photon and recommend that people AVOID them

Got a call from them this morning...that's why I keep my trusty whistle handy. Let loose with well over 100 decibels into the phone. I don't think that loser will call back anytime soon.

These people must be out of their minds to bug me with calls. I have told them numerous times that I'm working with other vendors and are not interested with Photon as several of my friends had so many bad experiences with them. Even then shamelessly, the people still call me. Once the Project Manager connected me with Mukund, who was very rude from day one and I didn't feel like doing any business with him. He is just money minded and won't deliver promised results. I even spoke to some of the employees who are actually planning to leave the company and join elsewhere. After hear this, I'm like "this is not the right company".

The call and do not answer when I pick up so I called hem back and the voice mail answered Photo Infotech.

These guys take your money and deliver subpar work. Total waste. Kept us on thier calling list and called back repeatedly. What a joke. Dont waste your time with Photon Infotech.

I see everyone here is complaining about Indian accent. I think the British can make a point and be proud of the English that they speak. However NOT AMERICA.

About the telemarketing, every country is doing this stuff. If you dont want to do business - let them know. If they persist - just dont pick up their calls.

Writing nasty things about any company, any country that you want to is not a wise thing.

I work here. The co does not have long term projects. Most of the projects appear like uni projects.

I love that idea!

This company is horrible.  They will steal your money.  The where hired to build our company website and never delivered.  They refused all attempts to refund our money.
