They're still at it - got my first today.

Constant calls from 408-705-1265. This must stop.  Their website is filled with broken graphics, and you can't contact them from the Contact Us page.  

The powers that be cannot continue to allow these people to harass businesses like this.

They called me today but didn't leave a voicemail so I Google'd the callerid number to see who it might have been. Looks like it's a good thing I missed the call.

One of these calls was left on voicemail on 2/26/08.  The caller although unintelligble, was calm and "professional".  I just couldn't understand him.    I became suspicious of the this message after finding this website, and the fact that they can't be contacted via their website, even though there is a link for "contact us".  I did file a complaint with the FCC using the link provided in another poster's message.

Two calls today to my business phone number.  I didn't answer as I was already on a call.

I am the receptionist and got a call from Jaychandran at 408-705-1265 for our CEO and then I told him not to call back and then he called for our CTO and then I told him to "Cease and desist" and he called AGAIN!  I am going to their website and reporting them.

i get a call every few weeks from them. thank god for caller id, i don't know the number i don't asnswer the phone.

So I've researched how to contact these creeps.  Here is what I found:

Same complaint as others have reported. Company is "Photon Infotech", an India-based offshore IT outsourcing company. They must have a huge call center that calls every US based company related to technology or big enough to need technology.

They will not stop calling.  This time I could hear people in the background but no one would answer.  Do they not know we have caller ID?

I am a receptionist for an IT Firm. I also receive calls from this company two or three times a month. (I couldn't understand them either. So I was affraid to tell them not to call incase it was a vendor.) Thanks for the information. Now I know not to take the calls. Thanks a lot.

They got my number from a Craigslist posting.  That taught me never to list my number on craigslist :)
I got 4 calls in a row and somebody actually mentioned my craigslist posting.  didn't try to sell anything else though.  Hopefully they won't call me back.  otherwise, I am filing a complaint with FCC for sure!

I keep getting calls from them even though I've repeatedly asked them to stop. They ask for me by name and then start the conversation by asking "How are you today?"  I know that it will be a great call if the most important thing on the caller's mind is the status of my health. I wouldn't hire them to program an alarm clock.

Photon Infotech Is A Scam Company.
They have built a profitable business by cheating clients and their profitability is great because they never deliver a product.

It is not only a spam caller violating FCC rules, but if you decide to work with them they will steal your money.

I strongly advise you not to use Photon Infotech as they are scam artists and have cheated me out of $1500 and wasted 3 weeks of valuable development time.

I am getting calls from these morons & they do not leave a message.
I've been getting calls from this company constantly everyday twice a day.
At times, its back to back.  I did speak to one of the reps and basically told them I want someone else to call me back that spoke English clearly & hung up.  I wanted to talk to someone that spoke English to let them know that I want to my lawyer to contact them for harrassment.
