All of your comments have been very useful,thank you. My dad told me that the companies like Photon Infotech do not have to go by the same laws as do the American companies. My way of getting rid of the weekly calls from Arun Kumar Rajan was to tell him I was going to first check out his web site and then would make my decision. My decision has been made.

They call our number regularly.  They do not leave messages, speak in broken English and always want to speak to President, Owner or Company Manager.  Identified as Photon Infotech, software developers.  Another one of many junk calls a day.

Hello Everyone .. I think people with no work sit and write some silly comments like this... Telemarketing is a Job which is done not only by photon in this world.Photon has 500 + clients with it which includes a dozen of F500.Dont waste your time writing negative comments nothing is gonna stop its growth... get ready to buy its shares going IPO soon :)

I just started getting the calls... so far 3 in 3 days.

Got a call from these bananas today. How anyone would do business with these guys i do not know.

they left a message about wanting to be the ID vendor and listed their software pitch...blah blah blah.... they called a private home and we don't have a business much less want anything to do with software or projects. They said they were out of Standford University (wonder if Standford knows...lol) and were 1600 strong...whoopie...LOL

Just filed a complaint against them with the do not call web site.

Just got another call from them, caller's english wasn't too bad this time.  Wanted to know if now was a "good time" to talk about software development (didn't mention outsourcing) -- told him no and hung up.

Got yet another call from  San Jose CA at it rings up on my caller ID...

I get around 2 calls a week from this number even though I have asking them to stop calling me several times. Per the posts above, they do start every conversation with "How are you today?" and "Is it a good time to talk?".

Photon Infotech has been harassing me and constanting calling me even after I have told them that I do not want their services.

They troll craigslist and apparently have made a reputation for harassing people  on craigslist looking for web designers and have generated numerous complaints for violating do not call lists.  There are many complaints about them out there.

I strongly recommend that you think long and hard about working with this company.  I have complained about them to the BBB and even the BBB has been unable to resolve my complaint.  

They have not refunded my money to this date.  Be very careful if you work with Photon Infotech

Got a call from this number just now. Registered a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry Web site.

If your work is so damn good then why do you feel the need to harass businesses to try to get work?  Also, someone posted about your quality of work which explains why Photon has to do this.  I'm sure there are some 7-11's that have some work for you.  By the way, if you call my number again it is automatically transfered to nothing, nill, nada.  Life is good afterall.

So DAVE, whose voice I could barely understand, so I asked him directly if this was a solicit phone call.  He said no, then tried to get me to outsource my business.

They're still at it. Now they have an alternate number. I guess they figured we all know the 408-705-1265 number, so now they're using 248-381-1426. My take: if I can't understand what you're saying, I'm probably not going to understand your code either.

Dont just blame on. You have to give the proper project to them

Just got a call from these freaks in my VM. Had to hear it 4 (!!!) times before figured what they actually want. Yes, their web 'contact us' links don't work directly but I was able to follow them through the site map.

When you call the 408 number they just ask you to leave a VM.

These folks are crooks. Apparently the founders of the company studied in Stanford, but are cheats, crooks of the first order. Get constant nonsensical calls from them. Read what their own employees talk of their great company.

Crooks, thieves. Do not get cheated folks. They are the cheater company. They call their company "Photon" because they can cheat the company and vanish without a trace in a jiffy. Like Kramer says in his previous post. Their own employees are thrashing their company.
