Just received this call, didn't answer. I live in Tallahassee, FL and do not have any loved ones in CA.

Just got a call from this number... I remembered someone saying that if you answer the phone, "Hello, you're live on the air!" they'll just hang up!  And they did!  LOL!!

called 9:32 AM EST...no message, did not answer, now blocked. Refuse to answer any unknown calls, if it is important they will leave a message.

Just received a call from them.  I did not answer, and they did not leave a message.

This is the credit card scam. These low lifes have been calling for a year and a half always the same canned message of lowering your interest rates and this is your final notice. These scumbags use a variety of spoofed numbers and display names such as Survey, Consumer Svcs, Consumer advocate, Consumer relief, Consumer assistance, Financial relief and Financial assistance. Be pro active and avid.

Call and recorded message offers lower interest rates on credit cars .....SCAM

Call came in at 6:03 AM PST - ignored and no voicemail left.

408 819 2688 called me this morning and didn't leave a message.  Assuming they are phishers or looking for donation/information.

I didn't answer it but they had my cell phone number. I have a landline and don't use my cell that much. But they got it.

Called my cell phone. I did not answer, and the caller did not leave a message.

Beware of this caller.....Credit Card Scammer!!!! They call at any time of day without regard?!!? Block immediately!!

Call shows as Campbell, CA.  As I was expecting a call from an unknown location in CA, I answered.  Something about my credit card being fine, but they can lower my interest rate.  Hung up and blocked as soon as I realized.

Scammers... Was told I could lower my interest rate on a credit card, so I was immediately suspicious. CC companies just don't do this unless you ask them, and in most cases they still won't lower your rate. I think the big tip off for me, was when I asked the "representative" a few questions to verify this was legitimate, he told me, "GO F@%K YOURSELF" The little tulip was lucky I don't know who he was, because he would be a dead little Apu Nahasapeemapetilon!

Card Services.. Tired of getting these calls and no one will take me off their list.

Just received this call, told them they were calling a number for a child (as that is ILLEGAL!) and the man goes "I don't care"

Also seems that Rachel now has a new name, Heather.

got a call from this number, called it back, recording asks if you want to be placed on do not call list. Cannot get a person on the phone even if you press O.  Isn't there a way that we can stop these scammers and let them be referred to authorities? We need a place to record these phone numbers for immediate investigation so that every time they use a new phone number it is not effective.

received the same call this morning -- hung up on me when I started asking questions to validate who they were and if I did business with them

I had 4 calls within 2 minutes to my cell today from this number.  Wasn't around, so don't know purpose of the call
