Left same message as reported in the other posts. Did not call back.

scammer spoke spanish , seemed to know about my cc amts. told him i keep them at the max so scammers like him can't get to them. and that if he called again i would go to the FBI.

They didn't leave a message....scumbags. So I blocked them. Upon call-back, it only says "If you'd like to be added to our Do Not Call List press 1". So I did and then blocked their number on my cell.

Scumbags!   Block them!

This number just called me at 6am. Recorded message aboing lowering credit card interest rate. I did not press 1. I just hung up!

Was called at 8:32 AM Eastern time. Caller was from California, which means 5:32 AM there. Stated I had a final offer to lower my interest rate to 6.9%. When I pressed #1 it sounded like a boiler room with all the back ground noise. The man started his line of BS and I asked him who they were. He said they had taken over Capitol One, BOA and one other that I did not understand him. He then asked if I had a card from one of them at which point I hung up. I never give credit information on the phone to anyone who calls me.

I am calling my attorney general immediately as I am on the no call list and have an elderly spouse that does not need to be awaken by idiots.   You low life get a real job.  Wonder how black and white stripes might look on you.  In my opinion this is harassment and I do not answer any calls unless I know the number and that includes when you try and say private caller.

Answered, pressed 1 to speak to an operator. The phone picked up and i could hear a call center in the background, but the operator didn't pick up. Then he asked me if I was responding to the "reduce my rates" offer. I said yes and that I wanted to know what company it was and to remove me from your call list. He responded, "Why did you press number 1?" "What company is this?" "No, no, no …" click, and the call ended.

I called the number back and the only option was to remove myself from the call list.

Apparently they are still at it, no message but I suspect they are credit card scammers.

This number called at 9am PDT.  I will NEVER answer unfamiliar numbers.  The scammers never leave a message.

Just called me.  It's a credit card SCAM!!!  Nothing wrong with my credit they just want your credit card number.

They called twice w/in 2 minutes, left a 10 second voicemail without speaking.

These people called me yesterday, (mind you I'm 17 years old), I don't even have a credit card. So that's just how you know it's a scam. I was at work so I didn't answer. Turns out they're scammers for money anyway. What a shame, luckily I didn't answer to draw their attention. god only knows what they can get from you just from your phone number. Thanks to those warning everyone!

Called an Illinois cell phone, ID says Campbell, CA. Left no voice message.

Received call at 9:43 am Central time on cell phone.  I didn't answer and no message was left.

Called my office and caller ID came up as SURVEY. I picked it up because I'm expecting a call and didn't look at the CID Tammy can lower my credit card. So sick of these spammers. They call while I'm on conference calls, they call over the weekend, the call in the middle of the night.
