I received two of these calls today.  The second time I stayed on, but it finally dropped off.  It was from Apple, Inc. and a person by the name of Molly said that my iCloud account had been compromised.  After saying that the call was being transferred, I got a dial tone.

Scammers claim to be Apple.

Robo call 5 times a day!!! Saying my apple device has been hacked. I DO NOT OWN AN APPLE DEVICE!!!!

A few minutes after 9 am, we saw a call come in from "APPLE INC". They left an odd, somewhat official-sounding robocall message. It's clearly spoofed, probably targeting the most gullible among us - a version of the "we've found a problem with your computer, let us fix that for you" hacking scam. If this is indeed Apple's genuine number as one comment suggests, we don't want to block it. Not encouraging when this crude a gambit can steal a tech giant's ID.  The daily phone assault from telemarketers and con artists is becoming increasingly sophisticated and targeted --we now get frequent calls from area codes we know and use. There doesn't seem to be a bottom to any of it.

Received call from 408-996-1010 today. Caller I.D. stated Apple Inc.  Did not answer....? why would they be calling me?....it just seemed suspicious.  Am glad ....having looked the # up, I found these reports from others. I wonder if Apple knows this going on ??

Has called again. This time we blocked it. Robo message asks you to call them immediately at a different number, and then bizarrely tells you how to hang up. Will the real Apple get sufficiently annoyed to shut this down?

2 calls on 4/24. Apple does not make contact by phone. I will block the number.

NEVER say yes or any type of confirmation reply.  You were recorded and they send bogus bills they say you owe.  You made a purchase and now they are trying to get the money.Make them send you an itemized bill and they have to have it to  you in ten days.  SCAM

You are replying to a 5 year old post that is long gone and most likely will never even see your reply.

I received an e-mail from apple stores, I've been getting apple store charges which I didn't create so I  called the number to inquire.  II gave my apple id to track.  Very HOACKY corrupt business

Received an e-mail to call this number because someone had charged $103.92 on my itunes account and Apple wants to verify the charge and wants me to change my password.  Sorry none of my charge cards reflects this charge.  Scam

Calling about a breach. Scam.

I have gotten this call once two months ago and again today with this number. Apple support calling about a breach to my apple account. But I have no Apple products.

11:30pm missed number. Blocked

A girl called my office and asked what my business hours were. When I asked who this was she would not say and stated she just wanted my business hours.

Keep getting email messages from "Apple Support" and "Apple Service" - it is clearly a phishing scam and lists this number at the bottom of the emails.  It is NOT Apple.

Please stop calling me and leaving cryptic voice mails.

Please stop thinking that posting here where your caller is NOT AFFILIATED and WILL NOT see your request is going to solve your issue. Look into a call blocker

This number calls me 3 to 5 times a day

For the past 2 days they called 8 times. Recording saying  my icloud has been compromised- I DONT OWN ANY APPLE PRODUCT OR HAVE AN ICLOUD ACCOUNT!!!
