The problem with these guys is that they don't leave a message !  And you can't call them back !  All you get is dead air, when you pick up the call no one is on the line ...So Who they are and what they want is a mystery..
It's harrassment plain and simple and I have filed a complaint with the FCC

This same number has called my house 23 times in 2 days. Nobody ever speaks when I answer. I finally got really mad this morning when they started calling at 8 am and now at 9:53, my ID shows they have called 14 times today. I called back and she said she would take my number off the list. VERY annoying.

They also call from a 434 number sometimes, but it is the same people.  I reported in on the other number for this site, but now they are calling me from this number.  Gosh GET A LIFE!!!!

They called me on my cell phone. No msg.

I have been called on my cell phone four times in the past three days. They ask for Jamie. I know no one named Jamie. This number has been my number for seven years. I explain that. They call back, and call back.

Nobody answered when I picked up.

I have started receiving calls from this number.  It rings two or three times and then stops.  I have at least 10 missed calls listed from this number over the last week.  It is really annoying.

I got a call from these folks about a bill from Embarq, I refused to pay and called Embarq, and our final bill has not cycled yet, they could not explain how we got sent to their collections agency. Thinking about getting an attorney, how can they turn you over for collections you haven't been billed for yet?

This phone number keeps calling the Administration office here and then hanging up.

this number keeps calling me and will not stop. when i answer no one is there but dead air. i would like the calls to stop. they call my number approx 4 times every hour and a half. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. MY NUMBER IS ON THE DNC LIST AND HAVE ASKED THEM TO STOP CALLING. I WILL PRESS CHARGES IF THE CALLS DO NOT STOP!!

These jokers call 2 to 3 times a day. I fear if I call them back it will get worse. The DNC list is pretty useless.

This is really odd,
I got a message from this number that said,
"Yo, Stormy, this is Wallace, give me a call..." then some random number. WTF? I am really weirded out that it seems to be a telemarketer for everyone else, and some strange dude on my machine. creepstain.

Just got assigned a new Sprint phone number yesterday, got a missed call from these guys this morning at 8am. I called back after finding this site thru Google. Lady answered and said "Is this Leticia?" I confirmed that it was not and that this was my new phone number. She stated "Thank you. I will make sure this number is removed from the list immediately." We shall see if this happens! Thanks everyone for the good info posted here; it helped me out!

This number calls my AT&T pay as you go phone several times a day. I called them back and they are a collection agency I believe. They were looking for someone I have never heard of. I asked them to make a note that person is not affiliated with this number and to not call again. So hopefully that will take care of it. I would recommend you do the same. If they keep calling I will file a complaint or do whatever I have to because that is harrassment.
Someone mentioned it being a scam and I almost wonder. Because it is a way to make you waste your minutes and to be charged the dollar for using the phone that day. I have had this phone less than a week and they started calling from the first day! Maybe the number should be reported to some agency but I would not know which one???

410 202 0027 calls no one on the line, very annoying several times an hour.

Several calls a week from this number.  No messages and of course no business.

This # keeps calling my cell phone everyday asking for someone that's not me and before I can give them my name N tell them 2 stop calling me they hang up!
