If they left a message, or if I owed a debt, but I don't. This "company" hangs up after 2 rings and leaves no message. I called back and got mumbling. I have to think they are somehow paid just to dial. I check my credit and pay my bills. I don't know what these people are up to, but it's not legit.

Started receiving these calls about a month ago. They call twice a day, never leaves a message or if I answer no one is on the line.

fraudulent pests that won't stop calling on a debt that dose not exist from 1992. threatening & rude! the person responsible for this ( RPN ) B.S. is Mr. Polus & his # is 425-412-2649. everyone should call this [***] & waist his time. they also call from 866-212-7408

I started receiving calls from these jerks, on a cell phone number that has had a restricted numbe since I first established cell service in 1989.  The representative stated that the company was trying to reach someone that I do not know and could not identify.  After the second call, during which these facts were explained to them, I lost my patience and I called them back from a blocked number, where I announced that I wanted the number removed from their list immediately and why.  I announced that day, date and time of my call to him and then informed him that I was taping the call.  I wnt on to inform him that I would use this taped evidence of notification to pursue them through my State Attorney General, Federal Do-Not-Call authorities and via any other legal action that would cost them money.  The male on the line became quite upset over this threat and assured me that he would have the number removed, but that he needed a couple of days to do so.  I told him that I would record all calls further that arrived, and present this as futher proof of the company's violation of my "cease calling" notice.  If they call again, I will do just what I said that I would do and all calls will go unanswered.  These people are just out of control and it can't be permitted to continue.

I've been getting a call from this number a few times a day for the last week. They never leave a message. I have a cell# that's not listed anywhere, so somebody at somepoint has sold me out. Verizon?

They are phishing our numbers and collecting a data base.  BEWARE AND REPORT THEM TO YOUR PHONE CARRIER.   The true scam is down the road.  Sooner or later we will all be charged for things we did not request.   REPORT THEM TO YOUR PHONE CARRIER!

I'm recieving harrassing phone calls from this number!  Please instruct them to stop!

In seven days I have received 15 phone calls from this company, also using 434-533-9028. They have been asking for another person I do not know.  I requested to not call anymore, they threaten that they will keep on doing so.  I do not know what to do. I am not the person they are looking for.

The number that is calling me is 240-210-7112 from Waldorf, Maryland...showing up as Receivablesperf. I never talk to them...I don't know what they want.

I also reported them to the FTC.

How do you get your account number to send a cease and desist letter?

Recceivablesperf has call my house about 50 times from the number 571-261-0047 they were asking for a girl named emily! I think they are kidnappers

I am receiving call all day on my job from Receivablesperf from this phone number 240 210-7113.  

They are harassing me all day long.

Call constantly, never let it ring more than three times.  If you answer you get dial tone.

Below is a template of the Cease and Desist letter I used to get rid of these fools.  I sent it certified and registered and the calls stopped roughly 4-days after it was sent.  I received the return receipt (as my proof they received it) in the mail about 6-days later.

This will serve as your legal notice under provisions of federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), to cease all communication with me in regard to the phone number referenced above. If you fail to heed this notice, I will file a formal complaint against you with the Federal Trade Commission who is responsible for enforcement, the States Attorney General office and/or the American Collectors Association.

We have decided that we do not desire to work with a collection agency under any circumstances. We will contact the original creditor to resolve this matter directly, as circumstances warrant.

You are also notified that should any adverse information be placed against my credit reports as a result of this notice that appropriate actions will be taken. Give this very important matter the attention it deserves.

We are getting calls form some one several times a day that caller ID shows RECEIVABLESPERF.THE NUMBER THEY ARE CALLING FROM IS 206-445-6637. If you answer they mumble something about if you are (can't make out who) to press 1. else press 2. I pressed 1 and started getting music. Another time I pressed 2 and a recording said "It is important to have him contact us.

These call are worry some and I want them to stop.

To my knowledge, I do not owe anyone.
