I picked up the phone just before it went to voice mail; I said hello, and the line was dropped.

Call no message left, on DNC list.

I received call from this number-- no voicemail left. called the number back and the voicemail said they are a news and cable company. I then hung up.

Just got a call from this number but didn't answer.  Caller ID said

Received call Saturday May 24 2008 at 10:20 AM, CID says GAMBRILLS M (truncated by the lack of characters on my CID display). No message left. I did not attempt a return call.

I received several calls from 410-774-8194. They are rude after you tell them not to call you again, they just hang up... and a few days later I get calls from the same telemarketer... I tell them again to remove me off their list, but they don't and the process repeated itself.

I got tired of this crap, and I decided to do some homework.

Registered on the Government website to remove all my numbers from Telemarketers lists.

I swear (after 5 calls to them listening to their message) they claim to be "imperial marketing". This could be WAY OFF, so don't take this as stone.

They are a "national paper/media" some [***] company, but the message is so muffled and ambiguous it's hard to tell exactly what they are.

Regardless of their intention, this is telemarketing and a federal crime when it comes to a cell phone. Please, everyone... report this number and nail these [***].

had been getting numerous calls from these people and everytime i answered they wouldn't talk on the other end. they were looking for the Mr. of the house and when i replied he wasn't home they hung up.
Mr. answered one day and they were offering HBO at a discounted rate for 6 mo. He agreed and they said it would take 24 hrs to hook up.
1 week later no HBO still. is it some sort of fraud? I called my local cable provider and they said it wasn't unusual for third party telemarketers to try and sell extras for HBO SHOWTIME etc.

did not pick up as I was on another call. They did not leave a message.

This is about the 5th time we have received a call from this number...this time I answered and covered the mouth peice....after a few moments the caller said, "Hello" several times....she then hung up.  No clue who they are or why they are calling...we have every number of ours ( home and cells ) on the NO call list....so how do they freaking still call us?????

Called today 1:45pm, rang once and then hung up. 1st time this number called my phone.

Rec calls 3 to 5 times a week from this number trying to locate ex-husband.Have stressed no longer at my address. They still call 3 to 5 times a week. I don't give out info to strangers! Sorry! Ha ha

Two "missed calls" from this number today, on my *cell phone*.  The "do not call list" is a law that was heavily influenced by the marketeers, so I imagine they have all sorts of loopholes -- and it amounts to an "opt-out" scam anyway.  Marketeers get the free pass, while Americans have to shoulder the burden of *trying* to get them to leave us alone.

keeps calling my cell phone at all hours. Does not leave a message. Very annoying

Nobody answered, at least in a reasonable time.  Some calls I gave ~20 seconds for a response before hanging up.  Never leaves a message either.  Has called 2-6 times a day for the past 2 weeks, just wanted to see how persistent they were before I blocked them...so you get an idea of the severity.

The way this complaints work is that the FCC doesn't investigate until a certain number of complaints are recieved - at which point they begin an investigation to levy a fine and the telemarketer stops using that particular number or changes names & continues to make the same calls.

If they do that type of stuff enough, the FCC catches on and actually enforces more than just a fine, so PLEASE REPORT THEM.  If we don't do report it, it won't get fixed.

They've called me multiple times in the past, but they never say anything when I pick up.  They need to die

It says Cox 410-774-8194 and they call the same time every day.

Called said they were looking for my daughter and they were cox...I told them to remove us from the list and we get calls almost everyday. Never a message left if we are not home.
