If I do answer an unknown caller I always answer with U.S. Attorney General's Office New York field office, Agent Stoner speaking. See how fast they hang up. Than call them back and tell then it's agent Stoner from the U.S.A.G office ask if there's anything I can help with. I laugh my butt off when they can find any words to say.

Guess they've expanded into a new scam. It was an overly friendly caller named Diane (may have been a smart robocall, but if so it was a good one) telling me I won a free topical medication; just need to answer a few questions. Right! I'm gonna divulge medical info over the phone.

Got a  call from this number a couple of times. I just started to pick to see what they want but there's no one on the other end. I try to call it back but I always get the "Circuts are busy call back another time" message. WTF is this? I am on the (Do not call list) but I still get this call.
I've tried to check it out but all I got was its from Pensilvania. Anyone know more about this number? (412) 430-5560

I keep getting calls from these unknown phone numbers, every day, at least 3 times per day. To make matters worse, when I answer my phone and I don't cooperate with the caller they actually have the nerve to hang up on me. I have registered numerous times with dnc and it does no good. Do we have no protection from scammers and harassment?
I am a recent widow. I didn't even put an obituary in the local newspaper because I didn't want to start getting a lot of  calls from phony people offering their fake sympathy by way of selling me something to save me.
If my life was perfect I still wouldn't appreciate unwanted phone calls. I sure as hell don't need it now. Somebody do something, Please!!!

I got the same call that you did, from the friendly Diane. She isn't a robot, just a determined scammer. She just had no idea where they could have gotten my phone number from but my info is definitely in their database. When I asked her another question, I believe it was, "Do you know my name?", she hung up on me.

They have called a couple times before, it says on my caller id "Not in use."
It should say "Useless."
Don't have any idea who the heck they are.

I answered & she said hi this is Sarah...i said okay....silence, I said I'm at work what do u want? They hung up.

The caller ID read, "NOT IN USE," so apparently these clowns are so inept they can't even spoof the name.  Do I want an alarm system from them?  Since it would probably call the gas company to report a burglary, I think not.

They called my work today. Caller ID showed as "not in use".  If it's not in use then how are they using it?  I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.
