If you already know who called, why would you look up the number?

I do not answer calls that I do not know but a message was left and it was to confirm an appointment that I have this weekend with a UPMC provider.

They left a super fast voicemail that made no sense. I don't even live in the area.

Surgery in 2 days...I get a call from this UPMC number and they left no message and yet you call back and get a recording they can't tell me where the call came from.
