How do I report this as theft?

They called me too. Pre-approved cash loan company...

I pressed 9 to be removed and the guy answered. I told I had pressed 9 to be removed and he started shouting at me saying he would remove my #. I then proceeded to ask why am I getting the calls I'm on a do not call list. He told me to go to hell! I asked for his supervisor and he continued to cuss me. I advised I was going to report them. I hung up. I did try to call back for a supervisor and it disconnects.

Called my cell.
Told them to F Off.
Googled and found

I keep getting calls from this # I don't answer and they never leave a message very annoying

Just got a robo-message from this number about some loan from the Credit Loan Department.
I hit 9 to be placed on their DNC list but it sent me to a live rep, so I told him to put me on their DNC list.

ANYTIME you press a number to "be put on their DNC list", you are just confirming that the robo-caller has reached a live number, and ensuring that you will receive further calls................

Some kind of loan offer, I hung up...

I get calls from then at least 3 times a week. They never leave a message but I've never answered.

They claim I received a payday loan. I call the number back and they hang up. I think it's a scam based on other comments that I've read. They say they are a law office but after research  all I get are vague results. No specific business named. Also said to send payment through Western Union then a week later through  Money gram. Both service require a code city and that info wasn't provided.

A man called me and said my loan was approved for $1500 and I said I didn't apply for a loan and he said you did three weeks ago and I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me. I can't call the number back because it doesn't ring.

Going to add thier number to a bogus craigs list ad.

I'm tired of them calling my number!!!

have any of you recently done some online job applications where you are directed to call a number after putting in alittle bit of info about yourself?  I think this is how they get you number

Same thing here. The foreign guy on the phone told me that my number will not be  removed and told me to shut up repeatedly.  Dick.

Received a call, pressed the appropriate number to speak to a representative. Asked to have my number removed from the call list. The arab on the other end told me that no it wasn't possible and then started to verbally attack me on the phone. Repeatedly yelling at me to shut up and calling me stupid. I want this number shut down.

The person who owned my cell number before me must have been a pushover, as I get calls like this continually. My husband *never* gets bogus calls on his cell -- just an occasional wrong number. Anyway, I don't pick up, so I lose out on the chance to join in the fun.

Omg I gave them my info like a dummy because I thought it was real. I did apply for a loan about 2weeks ago... So this is a scam?! How do I report them to the authorities?

Received a call this morning. I did what I do for all calls -- if I don't know the number, I don't answer. Then I check on here and then block the number.
