I rcvd several calls from numbers from various area codes. Of the 6-8 calls I received daily, I only got one voicemail also saying my loan for $1500 was approved. This started after I filled out an application online requesting homeschooling information. I did not apply for any loan. I have an iPhone so I ended up putting my phone on do not disturb indefinitely. If you favorite"

I listened to the whole message, as many times if it is telemarketing you can press 9 to stop receiving the calls.  I did that and a person, who sounded middle eastern answered, I asked for the calls to stop, and he said sexual comments.

just because they call you doesnt mean you can report it to the authorities. The authorities wont care.

me too! i dont know why people are so upset. All you need to do is block the number. Simple as that. I do that with any number i dont recognize.

Blocked.  I doubt that the endless circus of payday loans that were never applied for and then, the illegal extortion follow up calls claiming that you owe money will go on and on and on...
And, I will keep blocking you scumbags on and on and on...thankfully, technology gets rid of these cockroaches like a good can of Raid.

Second one of these in two days.  Was wondering -- did anyone apply for a job through Zip Recruiter? That's about the time these calls started for me.

they called my friend so I called back and they said I was approved for 1500 I asked how since they don't know who I am blahblah then I said where did they buy her info from and he said if u don't need a loan that's your problem then I swore at him lots he swore back I asked for manager and then click. Now I'm on there block list lol they blocked my number from calling in. Another scammer irritated success

If the person(s) calling you do not show up as a name from your directory and they don't leave a message. don't call them back.  Ligate company's disclose the company name in the caller ID. As for me, I search the number because I am curious now and again and only if the number is from an area or state where I know someone.

This number called my cell phone and I did not give out my info

Received a call this morning from this phone number. No message was left. Blocked!

The same guy he sounds indian all the time stating my student loan has been forgiving that i get my money back if i give them my bank account number i threaten to investigate!!

In the past week I've had numbers from several different states call me. I have yet to answer because I have a very short temper with these kinds of people. I think I figured out why they keep calling. If any of you guys have gaming apps on your phone, and there's a place you can click to get free points or coins if you "complete the offer". A lot of the time those kinds of "offers" give your number to a company that specializes in scamming.

Got a phone call tonight, came up "California Call" 415-358-0611 on the caller id. I answered Hello? Silence, waited, started hearing numerous background voices,then said "Who the **** is this?" in an Indian (not native american of course) voice, "Hello Mr. *******?" I said "What the **** do you want?" "Mr. *******, why are you talking to me like that?" I again repeated "What the **** do you want?" he replied "You can't talk to me like that" I replied " I'll talk to you any ****ing way I want too!" again he replied "You can't talk to me like that" I replied " Yes I can because you're interrupting my ****ing privacy!" again he STARTED to reply "You can't talk to me like that! in a fading voice as I started to pull the phone away from my ear I said "**** you, goodbye!" Needless to say he never called back, and as I am not feeling all that well, be careful when you call me, especially if you can't answer me when I say hello the first time, and don't have an Indian (not native american of course) voice! Maybe for laughs I'll call the number back tomorrow and in an indian (not native american) voice ask them what the **** they wanted! LOL

Yesterday I got a cal from an India sweatshop about money I had coming to to form "THE US GOVERNMENT" and I did not not have to pay it back. Yea right, told her that I had enough money. Got this number call today while I was sleeping. These scammers are selling phone numbers. Both are now blocked.
