Just called Bell Canada as the guy hung up on me when he didn't like my answers. Its not their number and they are going to investagate even when the bell lady ran the number nothing came back

when i tried to call the number back, i was told to enter my pin number.

I just recieved a call from 416-907-0553 and they claimed to be Bell Telephone and wanted to give me a great deal on services I already have, since I am an existing Bell customer (which I am not). When I said I was not interested and was happy with my current provider, unlike all sales personal who will try again to convince you, they just hung up. It's a good thing I know about these scams, it is unfortunate for those who do not, and give out information, this needs to be stopped.

For the past 4 months these people call my house everyday. Today it was 5 times. Yesterday it was 3.  If I'm home I answer and right after they say they are calling on behalf of Bell Canada I yell at them. I tell them they are liars and I dont talk to liars. I tell them I know what company they are and to not call me again.

When will this maddness end?

When I called this number it asked me for my complete PIN NUMER, what does that mean? I don't give out any pin numbers TO ANYONE, and then when I called it again it said we are sorry the number you have reached can not accept calls from your calling area, what is this number all about? The number is 1-416-907-0553

they just called me and told me they were calling from bell  i asked for a manager and they freaked out and hung up

This number calls frequently, up to 3 times a day. Automated number asks for a pin number when you call it back.

Oct 2010 -- no message, try to call back, but just get busy signal.  Blocked this number.

got a call from this number this morning, asked if i had a computer- said they were bell canada...

Bell keeps calling me from this number - i keep asking them to note my account that i will never have bell svcs again as they have screwed me so much in the past, but then they call the next day, again!  I think it's been about two weeks now.  Does anyone know how to get them to stop, other than getting a new phone number??

everyone this is a scam they call looking for women callers if a man answers they hang up i have notified the police of this call and they are looking into it hope to get this guy shut down please people dont give them any information credit #s or anything they are creeps and lets hope they get caught

its rogers or bell or any other company it is a scam called bell and that number is not even on there call centre list and i am on bells do not call list

Got a call from this number,but there was no reply to my hello and then they just hung up.

I have been getting several calls from this number. Always stating they are calling from Bell, but then acting very rude and in fact, hanging up on us (I guess the figure they aren't going to get any personal info from us!). I called Bell today. They confirmed that these calls are not coming from one of their call centres and to be very wary of providing any personal info.

I got a call from 416-907-0553 at 6:45...dead air when I answered and I got a busy signal when I called back...disconcerting.

i got the same thing. they called around 3pm today, and i didn't answer because i didn't recognize the number..i called back and got a busy signal.

i got a call form 416-907-0553 yesterday aft. she said she was from bell and could offer me a better deal than i was getting from cogeco bundle package. said she could give me home phone with long distance,tv with hd channels and high speed internet for like $77. a month. she kept asking me questions about what my service was and i asked her what that had to do with anything. I told her to send it in writing and i would look it over and decide then she hung up on me.
