Hi I was just checking my bank account and I was charged by this bogus company for something I did not use...It is totally a scam...they somehow got my debit card number and charged it to that...luckily I noticed it right away and called my bank and they are aware of it...I hope someone can find out what this B#$*^%$#T is and shut these people down...Thanks for listening have a great day

I got a call from a [***]/Indian acccent saying that was from Sun life....he called 9 times....

Called my home saying they were with Sun Life Financial and that one of their financial adviors was in our area and wanted to come to the house to discuss our investments. They already knew the address. I certainly hope that nobody is ever foolish or trusting enough to follow through if they get a similar call.

An East Indian accented man called here tonight claiming to be from Sun Life and that they had someone in the area in the next few days to discuss.... I cut them off saying I wasn't interested. He started to push harder saying he wasn't a telemarketer and not selling anything. I told him as long as he was trying to sell me something I wasn't interested and I doubted Sun life would call and give away free insurance to me out of the blue. At this point he advised I should talk to his supervisor. As I was explaining I didn't need his supervisor I just wasn't interested I was transferred silently to some East Indian woman. When she asked what I wanted, I told her nothing and then told her you guys called me to sell me insurance and I wasn't interested. At this point she came rude and told me to shut up. I then asked who are you, what is your name. At which point she claimed to be my boss and would talk to me about it tomorrow. That left me a little speechless and after a moment's silence she hung up.

When I taking a nap, a guy called from this number to ask for my husband, he said it's from Global ...Company.  I was too tired to talk to  him and asked him to call back another time.

Called today claiming to be from Sunlife. When my husband tried to talk he was continously interupted. The East Indian man on the other end was very rude and would not let a word in edgewise. Why can't the police do something about this???? According to this site the same person and number has been calling using different company names since 2008 and continues to do so. What should I do???? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Third world mushmouth losers whining for Sunlife.  Is a scam.  Telephone service should be disconnected to third world countries.  No one is interested in what they have to say anyway.

Yes I am getting calls from North Vancouver office number daily now ; from 604 229 0076. As soon as I googled this phone number Iristel Inc. came up and I already saw on their Facebook page bunch of people complaining about unsolicited calls. When you check their site they seems to present them selves as phone providers. I tried to file complaint with BBB as these are daily calls now but I could not as they are in Ontario and I live in Vancouver area so I am not sure how to stop them from harrasing continuously.

Just some info I know, Iristel is a company that serves multiple companies with VoIP services. Furthermore, the two companies I know that use Iristel are TextMe and textPlus. Both are apps in the google play store, and Apple's store too, i think.

Originally that number was indeed purchased from the CRTC and owned by Iristel, but it has been ported out from our company to Fibernetics (a different service provider) in 2013.

Five calls in half an hour from 647 493 6392. I  found the company name Iristel. I did finally answer, no one on the other end it seemed, I let out a little vulgarity and told them I knew where there office is, and to take me off the damn call list.

half an hour has passed and the calls stopped... we will see how long that lasts.

Starting to get phone calls from 2 different numbers. This is getting annoying. Last one was at 10:30 at night!

Indian guy called...saying he was from the federal government....that I owed $4000 and if I wanted avoid court I should pay it right way....number was 613-707-1031...reverse look up gave me Iristel Inc..

Adding a new number 647-591-9196 also was hung up on..so annoying.

Continuing calls from them even after telling them to stop. Tired of it.

Has anyone got a call from 613-699-9316 saying that you are qualified for a loan and then they want you to pay insurance up front e.g. on a 4000.00 loan your "insurance protection is 525.00  It sounds like a big scam to me and as well the 1st guy i spoke with you could tell he is reading a script and then you passed to ther CLOSER who can not speak proper english as well. Anybody else heard of these guys and the company name says LOANS EASY     WEhat a crock

I got a call to my landline which is an unlisted number, the number was 604 265 9310, I did not answer, but did a reverse lookup, and it came up with Iristel Inc,, in North Vancouver..so obviously this is some sort of scam .
