I answered, waited 4 seconds, answered again with a simple "Hello" but they wouldn't give me a chance to present the gospel!  

Received a call from this number but when I called back a msg came on saying, "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time. Please try your call again later."

Same deal as the rest. Got a call about 12:25pm EST listed as "Bristol, TN". They actually called twice and left two empty VMs. I called back and got the "this number is not receiving phone calls" message...

Got a call on my cell - didn't know the number, didn't answer.  After reading these posts I am glad I rejected the call.

4232178956 called about CARD HOLDER SERVICES that I'm not a member of (I have no credit cards). So, I waited to speak with a rep to request my number be removed and not sold/traded. When a rep finally came on the line, I made my request and he disconnected the call before I finished speaking! I expect no future calls because the number is now blocked.

I received a call from this number, no message left. Too bad they don't put their energy into a legitimate effort.  

call came as out of state, ignored it and reverse called it, and says "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable..."  I put em' on my contact list as scammers.

Called today at 3:29PM and hung up without speaking when I said Hello repeatedly.

I got a call from this number, said hello they said nothing and ultimately decided to hang up after a few seconds.
Annoying. I agree that this is most likely a some sort of scam.

Got a call from this number coming from Bristol, TN. I didn't answer because I figured it was SPAM as no voicemails were left. I called back with my work phone and got a message saying that "the caller I'm trying to reach does not accept calls at this time." SCAMMERS go to hell!!!

Got a call from a similar number from Tennessee  on my personal cell and 20 minutes later I received a call from this number on my company cell.

Same thing here...got a call didn't answer it, no voicemail....called back got same message as everyone else....thank you everyone for posting!!!!

just received a call from this number. Said they are from card services about my Master Card and Visa. They need to check my numbers. I told them to _____   _____!

I have googled this number and reports from the internet are this is a telemarketer.  Blocked the call.  I am also on the do not call registry.

Said they could lower my interest rate on my visa or MasterCard

Have been active on facebook regarding my feelings for the issues in Ferguson. I believe this is where they got my number.
