Got a call on my cell phone from this number (423-217-8956 (Bristol, TN)).  When I answered, they hung up.  Thanks for the input, folks.

they just called, I pushed 1, and the lady asked how much debt i had.  when I said about $1,000 she hung up.  apparently I'm not in debt far enough for them to feel like scamming money out of them.  idiots.  you know you're a scam!

Received a call from this number. No message left and based on the comments I will not be returning the call either.

Scammers calling for credit card information. Think his name is David MCGee from tennessee.

Same thing. Just got a call, pressed 1 and then told them they didn't mention my name nor provide a credit card. The woman told me that she knows I have debt of over $4k, I said no. She just hung up. Scam. Seriously. Like anyone would believe this.

Bristol, TN, I pressed one to talk to 'a credit card representative', I waited and asked the 'thief' how they got my number, what the name of the company was, and what credit card are they talking about, with an ARROGANT attitude she replied UGH and hung up. I called back and got a 'this phone cannot take calls at this time... Now I'm left wondering if they do have any info about my credit grrrr....

i pressed one so i could tell them to remove my # from their call list and they said you pressed one to accept the office so i repeated myself - remove my # from your call list - and they hung up on me - just another # i have had to program into my reject list

Received this call from Tennessee.  Thought it was my uncle calling about my sick mother.  So pissed I picked up.  What were the chances?????  Another blocked call to my list!

Don't  make me angry, Mr.McGee... you wouldn't like me when I'm angry.

Anyone else apply for the "affordable care act" aka obamacare before receiving these calls? I gave my information to that stupid website a few days ago and now getting calls from weird numbers... I think they sell your info. I also got a call from this #, didn't answer and no message...

Answered the call and listened to a recording telling me I could lower my interest rate on my credit card. If I was interested, press 1. After I connected to a human, he asked me how I was. I told him irritated since I don't have a credit card & I want to know why he's calling me. He hung up. Tried redial, message stating this number isn't accepting calls. SCAM

I am on the no call list but I keep getting calls from the following number 423 217 8956.

Got a call from this number on my Pre-Paid cell! Did not answer & Caller did NOT leave a message

And the point of this site? Won't stop the calls nor give their  identity.

Just received a phone call from this number. It instructed me to press one to speak to a live operator regarding lowering my interest rate. It was my final warning apparently

Just noticed THREE missed calls, likely consecutively, on my private prepaid cell.  

This is a cell reserved only for family, close friends, and only the most trustworthy contractors, and necessary doctors.  I don't give out the number casually. Haven't gotten many spam calls on it until now, but lately getting calls with the same MO:  MULTIPLE calls in RAPID SUCCESSION.  

Happened yesterday from 423-781-0831; got FOUR calls, one right after another.  REJECTED the first three, but then, because a family member was traveling, was concerned it was an emergency call of some kind, so answered the fourth.  But, no one there. Came here and found it was a CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM.

So, today, likely the SAME SCAMMERS called again today, but with a somewhat differ, likely SPOOFED, number.  I cannot block calls on this cell; its an old cheapie dinosaur with no features and no apps.  So, it looks like I'm going to have to ENDURE this HARASSMENT.

This started when, about a week ago, I put new minutes on the phone from CALLINGMART.COM.  Ever since then have been getting SPAM CALLS and TEXTS on this number.  Had this phone for 8 years; never had a problem before.

Most of my spam calls come in on my landline.  Have blocked HUNDREDS of numbers on that one.

They are ALSO using    413-781-0831 for the same CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM.

Best to IGNORE/BLOCK if you can.
