No, no obamacare but DID purchase minutes for my pre-paid cell from ****CALLINGMART.COM**** (likely based in INDIA)  in the last two weeks and have been getting SPAM CALLS and TEXTS ever since.  

Wish I could punch those [***] SOBs.

this number called me and when I answered it was something about a credit card and that I am no longer eligible for some business I'm glad to know that is a scam because I was scared that's that I had identity theft

Third time I got a call from 423-217-8956 I pressed #1.
A young guy answered and went through his lies.
I told him I did not have a credit card when he was done talking.
He Said "Well why the [***] did you press #1 you stupid [***]?"

I am on a mission to find these people!

Have received calls from both numbers.  Wasn't able to answer either time.
No message.  Have blocked numbers.

Have gotten two calls, haven't answered, and haven't gotten any voicemails. Checked here and blocked the number.

keeps calling wont leave a message of course!!!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,looked it up several different times , all I see is that it's a scam of some sort!!,,,

yep they called me said something about credit card rate savings...i told them to put me on their do not call list after a few choice words, he told me $29.99 to put me on the list, i told him i was calling the police and he said i was the police, demanding and rude....so i called my local sheriff's dept and they are taking it from there.... SCAM BIG SCAM !!

Got a call from this number as well as the 413-781-0831. Did not pick up.

Got a call from this place, finally answered one day rather than them leaving no VM. "Cardholder services" offering to lower my interest rate. I don't even HAVE a credit rating at all because I've never even had a credit card in my name.. Ever. I pressed 1 to speak to an agent, waited, and when someone picked up, asked if they could stop calling me because I don't.... and they hung up. Never got any further than that. They call me about two or three times a week on my personal cell phone that I only give out to friends and family.

I just received 3 consecutive calls on my cell from (423) 217-8956.  Good thing I googled the number before trying it back.  Thank you all for your comments!!  Happy New Year!!

With  millions  of  scam  artists  in  the  world  and  the  landline  phone  company  only  allows  6  blocked  calls  ,  how  can  we  block  them  all  ?

Think about getting a call blocker.  I have one that blocks up to 1500 numbers or area codes.  Just google "call blocker" and you'll see a variety of choices.
