Same as above,  Complaint against my name and SS #.  Pre recorded.  Left no number for call back.  Did not identify themselves.

Scam call trying to frighten people that they have a legal case "complaint" against ones name and SSN. The fact they do not provide "their office" name is a red flag. Hang up the phone. Report the number to the FTC.

This is a scam!  I just received a call from a man at this number saying there is a charge against my ssn.  The information given to me is 15 years old.  5 years older then the dates they claim funds was received.  Do not give in to these low lives.

No debt owed won’t stop calling

I was called today same exact set up. I talked with a Mr Schuler. He gave me 5  days to make a, payment or they would garnish my wages. He had my right digits for my social security and current address. I took out a loan he said in 2012. It's 2018 and this is my current address not old one.I see many complaints here so I feel this is a scam.

Similar issues to above.  Asked to be removed from their calling list and they hung up on me.  Capital Solutions is how they answer when they come on the line.

It is Scam! They called my work extension, which is shared among several people.
