PSE. I'm definitely past due on my account, all info she gave me was without prior verification of anything except my name and she gave accurate amounts. Offered payment arrangements and advised of the urgent notice date and end date. NOT A SCAM

Called 3 days ago. Upon answering, hung up.

This is not PSE, it is a scam. I called the actual PSE company number and went through all of the automated options and spoke with a representative, who verified all my information first, then went through my account and verified I have nothing overdue or urgent. When I called the scam number back, the guy seemed blindsided when I called him out for being a scam and when I asked why he called (without giving any information) he said it was because I needed to make a payment. How can he know I owe money without looking at my account?? Yeah. Definitely a scam. Do not give them any information or payment. The number they told me to call back was (877)439-4750 (also a scam number.)

IT IS A SCAM!!! PSE says they will not call you and demand money and to beware of these types of calls!!!
It shows as PSE Collections on my caller ID so I looked it up on Google and it says to beware of this scam! PSE will not call you demanding money.

This number Called me three times today. No message left. I calked them back and they  Claim they are PSE. Said I had an overdue bill which I don’t. Very unprofessional sounding. This company has been operating for years now, as I read the prior complaints as long ago as 2015! Absolutely ridiculous nothing has been done to stop them!

Kept getting calls from this, but they would not leave a message. No answer on callback.
Checked this site, looks like a phishing scam. Jokes on them, the account isn't in my name!

Whoa!!! Hope people read this before assuming automatically these calls are a  scam.
I had 4 calls from PSE with noone answering and no messages. Just had one with a live person. I had looked up this # and thought is was a phising scam so kind of went off on her about being a scam saying I had auto withdrawal so how could I have a balance. Ultimately, I realized it was a legit call when she pulled up my account #, address, last payment etc. I had a small balance from when I just moved that I thought would have been taken care of via my auto withdrawal but then realized the meter would have beed read after that phone call to disconnect and reconnect with my new addresss. She also had the disconnect/reconnect date. So it eas a legit call. I apologized and she said no problem. People are getting calls that could be a scam but she said they will ask for payment from any form and won't have your account info. She said I was right to ask her my account #,  address,  checking account # for auto withdrawal, date last payment etc. Asked about no messages, hang-ups etc. Said it's auto dialed and leaves no messages and said if I picked up after # rings on auto dialing after the auto disconnect there wouldn't be anyone there. So if you get a call from PSE ask these q's to verify it's a legit call. If they don't have this info, it most likely is indeed a scam call.

Got a call today from this number,  no voicemail so I googled it and read other testimonies....I believe it is a scam, especially when PSE is NOT my power provider!

Yes this is actually PSE. My bill is past due and they are calling me every day.

Call the number on your PSE bill or go to the web site. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFO.

No vm left, won't return call.

The caller ID can be spoofed. Even PSE says don’t fall for it. Call the official number on your bill and they will confirm or deny any issued with your service.
