They call later in the evening and call several times a week.  I try to call back and get the "all reps are busy" recording and scream "stop calling me"!  And I don't know why they are calling me because I don't owe anyone!!

They call and when I ask who's calling they hang up.  THis is harrassment.

They keep calling, no one is on the line when I pick up.  This is ridiculous.

have been getting bothered for several day and just ignored the call.  finally called them back and asked to be removed from their directory.  they asked if I knew so and  so I said no, we'll see if the calls stop.

I get 3 or more calls per day from this number. I answered it once, got no response, dead air, then I hung up and refuse to answer it any more. It's a junk caler as far as I know.

This phone number is used by the collection agency Receivables Performance Management registered in Washington State.

It's a conspiracy. They r gathering voice samples.

They call at least once or twice a day M-F--and this is my work phone number!!  I just don't answer it anymore when the number shows up, because I answer it like I am supposed to identifying myself and the medical clinic where I work, and they hang up.  Certainly irritating.

When I see their number on my caller id I just pick up and hung up without speaking to anyone.  They're not worth my time.

Received 5 calls between 12/16/09 and 12/30/09. Have made numerous complaints thru donotcall.gov to no avail. I'm guessing they are fundraisers for Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, neither of whom do I have any desire to speak with unless they want to tell me they are resigning for selling this country down the toilet.

This # called and left no message today @ 10:41am. Looked them up and they are the same company of crooked bill collectors, RPM, as # 240-210-7113. They will use multiple phone # aliases to call from, but their all the same collection agency that tries to collect "zombie debt"- debt that is too old to appear on your credit report... or belongs to someone else who once had your phone #, etc. They don't care if they bother, annoy, pester or even operate illegally. Do what was suggested above (by Josh Rubin) and write them telling them to "cease and desist" calling your number. Don't explain anything to them. Don't give them any more info or your address (on the return envelope too). Just the letter sent either certified, registered or with receipt. They're scum. My credit is clean as a whistle. They may be trying to collect a debt over 25 years old that was charged off- if anything. May not even be me they're trying to reach. I just know answering their call is a bad idea. Can't reason with people like this. They'll just call more.

I called them back after two weeks of missed calls with no messages left from them. They were looking for someone else. The guy said he would remove me from the list. After reading all the posts here I am not optimistic it will happen, time will tell I guess.

Called at 3:38pm on Jan 9, 2010. My phone rang and it went to my FAX machine. This same company (RPM) called again on Jan 17 at 2:55 pm but is also using another number 240-210-7113. It also went to my FAX. Gut instinct tells me this "collection agency" is a cover for something else. Think about it: "Let's create a 'legit company' where people won't interrupt our operations. Hmmm...A debt collection agency! ...no one will call here like they would if we were a 'talent agency'." Nope...they need a cover for whatever illegal activity they are doing. WHY they are harassing the whole US is anybody's guess!
