These people call my cell every single afternoon and there is no way to block their call on my iphone.  i've never spoken to anyone nor has anyone left a message.  it's ridiculous.

This agency has called me several times "claiming" I owe money.  I never heard of the company they claimed I owe money to and have no outstanding debts with this company.  But they were extremely rude and hostile when I tried to explain this to them.  After several calls I told them they have been reported to the authorities.  I have not heard from them since.  They also have the same patterns previously described, i.e. they leave no message, there is silence when you first answer, etc.  I plan to file a report with the BBB.
They have also called from number 703-291-9039

Receivables Performance has called me six times (now) and asked for John. I have told each caller Johnny does not live here and to take me off their list. And they keep calling.

They called constantly for months.  I have told them no one named "Anthony" has ever lived here.  They say, "Oh, we'll take you off our list."  Then they call back again.  Very annoying!

Below is a template of the Cease and Desist letter I used to get rid of these fools.  I sent it CERTIFIED and REGISTERED and the calls stopped roughly 4-days after it was sent.  I received the return receipt (as my proof they received it) in the mail about 6-days later.

If you fail to heed this notice, I will file a formal complaint against you with the Federal Trade Commission who is responsible for enforcement, the States Attorney General office and/or the American Collectors Association.

We have decided that we do not desire to work with a collection agency under any circumstances. We will contact the original creditor to resolve this matter directly, as circumstances warrant.

This phone keeps calling my work number and music starts playing.

I am so sick of these people (Receivables Performance Management) that I am ready to go to the courthouse and pay $450 to file a lawsuit against them and whomever they are representing, as I do not owe anyone any money.

Who would like to join me and make it a class action lawsuit?

I received a call from this number +1 (434) 533-9030. When I called them back they made it clear that I was being recorded.  I said that was fine. I gave them my first name. They told me my last name and my address. Then they ask me for my social security number.  I told them I will not give that out. She inform me how they have my whole SociL Security number. I told them they can say just about anything but I will not give them my social security number.  She inform me how she will not go any further with this phone call without me giving her my SS number so I said good bye.  They keep calling every few hours.  

I called the number back finally after missing about six calls over the last week.  I was very nice (bees and honey, people!) They had the wrong number as I had never heard of the person they were looking for and the address they had for that person was hours away.  I let them know I had this phone number for well over ten years.  They apologized and took the number out of their registry.  Easy :)

You know what?  I think you're onto something there.

This number calls my business multiple times EVERY day.  There's never anyone on the other end.
Extremely irritating.

These losers call all day late until 9pm

About 1 in 10 calls somebody does come on.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

If you want their personal numbers you might be able to find them if you look up lawsuits against the company. You would be amazed what you can find because law suits are public records and anyone has the right to see them. I found the number for the president of AT&T that way as well as the v.p. for com ed. They were confused as to how I got their numbers. Trust me they will stop bothering you for fear that you will pass out those numbers for everyone to call them.

This number calls daily, multiple times a day. One time when they actually left a voicemail, they said they were looking for someone who doesn't even live here. I don't have time for this crap, so I blocked them. Of course they still call just as much as before.
