Received a call from 469-298-1200.  They have called multiple times trying to sell their collections services.  The claim to be able to collect in 5 days and want to quote us a rate.  I tell them that we are a 1 person company captive to 1 client for many years and do have receivables. They always say, in one manner or another, that I am not telling the truth.  Today's idiot from this company, Haller, Harlan and Taylor, said "If you were telling the truth, what would that sound like".  I don't understand how calling someone a liar when you are trying to sell your services can be at all effective.  How stupid are these folks?

After their 4th call, I called back and asked for a sales manager.  I got a guy named Jeff Bono.  He said that he will take our number off the call list.  We'll see.

If you have the time, I found that a great way to have fun is to keep these guys from this company on the phone.  It is hilarious.  They are the most persistent, ignorant, and stupid folks out there.  I always ask them whether, after calling someone a liar, if they ever get business from the company.  I told two of them that I was just having fun with them and had no intention of ever using their services.  He stayed on the phone and said "well you have not hung up on me yet so I must be making progress."  Clueless.  I told him that I would not use his services and would not hang up on him.  It was his decision to stay on.  He must have stayed on for 5 minutes.  I put him on speaker phone and typed away on some emails.  I toyed with him big-time, and he just kept on going.  He finally gave up.  Those 2 times, I had the time to mess with them and waste their time.  Today, I was too busy and just said "not interested. remove me from your list.  I am hanging up now."

Jim Thompson called our office several times, VERY agressive, VERY rude.  Calling to collect a debt over $22,000 to California Doors.  I explained we have never ordered/received any goods from them and we were an accounting firm in WI that does have several clients we provide bookkeeping/accounts payable, etc for and maybe it's one of them.  He threatened to have our company served papers if we didn't pay immediately.  I asked for documentation, and all I got was a one page letter with our name on it threatening collection, no invoices, nothing.  When I called back, he no longer would speak with me because I certainly wasn't the owner of the business and HE hung up on ME after making several rude comments to me, yelled at me and threatened me.  Never got any documentation which he claimed came with the page 1 of 1 fax.

These are the names that were used when you called us, now I have again called the Attorney Generals Office to file another complaint against your company.  Maybe I should call 60 minutes and see if they would like to do a story on your company and your way of doing business..

Go ahead and include me in on that I am sick of these people too.  If they were truly on the up and up there would not be so much on the net about them.

I think that it is extremely funny that these complaints are soooo similar. The truth is that anyone reading this should look into the matter further with just a little COMMON sense. In order for people to know that they are aggressive then they must be aggressive. How many times has someone gone to a car lot LOOKING for a car and the salesman ask you if you need help and you say NO.It is a natural reation.And sometimes we need to understand that these are the good guys. Not the "MEANIES" that they are dressed up to be. These people help you by NOT letting you get ripped off.A TRUE successful business owner WOULD understand their importance in the food chain so to speak.

Understand that there are a lot of companies in the commercial collection industry that are very upset with the amount of success that this company has had with its very short existence. In only 4-5 years this company has trippled in size. This is unheard of. I would tell the other COLLECTION AGENCIES to spend more time making THEIR business a successful VIABLE company than trying to destroy a REPUTABLE and trustworthy firm like HALLER,HARLAN & Taylor.Understand that this is the games mostly of CHILDREN that do not have the ability or talent to grow a company.The owner "Micheal Haller" should be teaching a class on business a class that should be attended by OTHER AGENCIES. You do have to give the other agencies on ORIGINALITY. This is a NEW way to fight a SMARTER,STRONGER and more SUCCESSFUL ENEMY.

By now you should know that when postings are made on this website they are made by anonymous people that have found this site and apparently refuse to identify themselves.  The recent posts are only issues that we have found here on this site.  None of the people contact us directly and any further posts have been made without contacting us.  If you really have something you would like to address, please contact us directly.  Posting on here does not resolve your issue. We have found that 99.9% of these postings are not correct and we made that determination based on the fact that most have not identifed themselves.  

Make no mistake about it, if you have any issues/concerns or problems with Haller, Harlan & Taylor we have posted on this site a number of times that we can not address your issues and investigate these matters.

Someone recently posted that we were Members of The Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), we are not, and that again is an apparent attempt to stir up things that just are not true. There is nothing negative about the CLLA, however since we are not members, contacting this organization is not the proper way of getting your issues (if any) addressed.

lol... First off they are not a sales company. They collect debt for other companies like mine. They managed to collect over $90,000 in past due invoices for my company. I was blown away how fast they got it for me. They called me, I accepted, and not even 24 hours later my past due client was calling me to setup payments.

Yea, they are a commercial debt collections company. Businesses are referred to them from there other satisfied clients. Basically they collect on the accounts that most businesses give up on and they do it in 5 days or less. Believe me, they know what they're doing. I had 4 accounts over 3 years past due, all together the accounts were about $498,000. They managed to collect over 83% of the debt! Freaking awesome! is it not obvious that all of these "testimonials" for this company are written by employees of this place? like, they post to defend themselves, OF COURSE they're going to write fake "praises" for themselves. how pathetic can you get?

that is a lie you will lie to people  threaten  them don't have a heart tell people; you do one thing they do the best they can and get you the money then you call say you got to have more I know cause everything you called and said you would do is on record and a lawyer has it  to make a  case on you and your client who is a thief that has a lot of law suits on him and he is a lier you should check in to your client see what they are charger for before you take the case people can say anything  a lawyer said you have to send contract  copy out to people you are calling about money paper work  you where fax paper  showing the person didn't owe the client sign they said they owed and you didn't care you scare them in to saying or doing anything you don't tell me you want to help anyone but your self or any one that will give you money if they  are right or wrong I know someone you threaten  they sent all they had and there grandkids or children didn't get christmas how would you have felt if your didn't get that people know they owe money don't lie to them what to send then change it and don't threaten them times is hard now your people don't have to talk hard to people like they do we know you record but some people record what you'll say to that can stand up in court we done check on it like we said the lawyer has a copy of  what some of your workers said and deals they made people pay and then they call want's more money  everyone should know what was done your client need proof and a sing contract to collect  his or her money check the law
