Got a spamming Email from these idiots. Whomever the so called manager that keeps responding as part of the company, explain to me why I am getting a nonopted in email solicitation from your company.

You obviously work there. I was threatened with physical violence.... and I'm a client of theirs.

We did use Haller Harlan & Taylor (469-298-1210) to collect money that was owed to us.  What a mistake.  

He called our office and was rude and disrespectful to everyone in our office building.  And we were paying HIM to collect for us - you would think they would be nice to their customers.  They treat their customers the same way they try to collect.  We told them to never contact us again, and they will give your number out to other people in thier office to try and get to you. It is a true beating, and don't ever give them any information (your name, people that you work with) We just can't get them to stop calling us now.  They even had someone call to try and get more people to collect on that finishes every sentence with "God Bless".

If you saw the post above "Haller Harlan & Taylor is a Collection Agency... pay your bills you babies." I totally agree, but if you want to collect for my company, you can't talk to me in the same manner.

I think they are related to another company Franklin Grant?  If anyone knows, please post.

I do not owe this company any money (I paid for them to collect for me).  They are rude and disrespectful.  Anyone doing business with them should take their business to a company that appreciates them (especially in this economy).  Do not give your money to this company to do collections for you.

This company is beyond rude, I have been harassed nonstop for a debt that is not mine, unfortunately I have the old phone number of someone who owed one of there clients money, I tried many times to inform them of the situation and at this point I am done, I have put my complaints in with the BBB and federal government, I wish there location was near my home and not is Texas because I would 100% go down there and slap the living [***] out of them myself, they are so tough behind a phone, I am thinking about taking trip to Texas and paying a personnel visit to there homes, I have there phone numbers and addresses to where the decision makers live, see you soon scum bags I will be in touch.

We hired HHT after they promised they could collect,what I said was a impossible debt, without a lawsuit. I stated I would file a lawsuit to collect. That would no be a problem for them. They said. After about 2-3 weeks thae called and said its time to sue them. I said no way. Then they begin to harass me for weeks. I the client became the enemy.
What a terrible experenice. Do not use this company. Ther has to be better colection companies.

I can tell you what, I am not afraid to post my name.  I just had someone call me and when I answered the phone she identified herself (which I didn't catch her name) with HHT and said they are Private Investigators and she is coming to get her money.  My IMMEDIATE reply was take a flying leap and f**k you and I hung up the phone.  If I receive any future phone calls from this company I will report it to the police, as I took her comment to be immediately threatening.  I will also pursue civil action in California for punitive damages.  So, you can try to cover this up how you want, you obviously have an obnoxious sense of how to gain new customers, as you are apparently a collection agency seeking clients.  You ought to be ashamed of yourself!

I worked there for 2wks and quit. It's a sweat shop. 300-400 calls a day from 7-3pm. Calling businesses and telling them they can collect your outstanding debt in 5days. Everyone is yelling and screaming all day long. They hire felons too. Don't waste your time.

Man called named Gerald from HHT saying he wants to speak to the owner.  Said the owner owes him $2300.  He is talking to the owner's wife. The wife screened the caller very well, he the caller gets beligerant and starts to demean the owners wife, said "it has nothing to do with her".  He then calls her a name and then the fun starts.  She allows the call to go through and the owner answers.  This idiot said he wanted to collect $2300 from someone else in MD that the owner of the company was trying to collect. The owner told this idiot the matter was resolved and told this Gerald and HHT to never call again. Apparently HHT is a company in Plano called Haller Harlan and Taylor.  This hard handed rude behavior is not acceptable.  I intend to contact the Attorney General in Texas and offer a complaint.  As a word of caution if any one from HHT calls you put them on hold, call your local law enforcement on the phone with you, do not tell HHT you are on with the police and let them do their little talk and let the police listen.  Leave it to the experts at dealing with this nonsense.

not that i like these guys, but i have worked with them, trust me, its not a dead end job, they have 23 year kids that make more money in 3 months that you will make in one year, just saying...
