Got calls on both business and personal lines, id says Champion Mortgage don't have an account with CHampion

Got call, don't have mortgage. Am on do not call list. Beware!

I keep getting calls from this number at all times of the day and night. Most of the time they hang UP. I DO NOT HAVE A LOAN OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS NUMBER other than, THEY ARE FRUSTRATING THE H _ _L  OUT OF ME.  I work all different shifts and DO NOT appreciate them waking me up.  THIS NEEDS TO GET STOPPED. NOT to mention these calls come to my cell phone.

They called me today and said they were my new mortgage servicing company and that they hadn't gotten my last two payments.

I don't have a mortgage.  BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS!

unwanted caller

Received 3 calls from this company within 5 minutes of each this morning.  Every time I answered, there was no one on the line.
Caller ID indicates the caller is NSTAR CHAMPION, I am aware that my mortgage company, 1st Horizon, switched over to NationStar last month, but these type of hangup calls are ridculous!

same thing here, calls at all hours to my home and cell, i have nothing to do with them.

I've received numerous calls on my cell phone which I did not answer.  Annoying and thank you all for posting so I could do a cross-check.

Have probably had 10 calls from these idiots in the last 2 days...always a computer asking me to please hold while they get a live person, no live person then they say sorry and that they will call back and they hang up. Up till now I had never heard of Nation Star.Now I absolutely hate Nation Star ! What a great way to build a business.

Just got a call from this number on my work line. I said Hello and got no response. So I pushed mute and stayed on to see if they would say anything further. I waited about 1 minute and some guy started singing in the background. He finally hung up about 2 minutes into the call. Weird. Definitely has to be a scam.

That makes sense I have account there,I answered no voice on other side.Very rude company...

Got a call on my cell.  I answered but no one spoke.  After a couple of moments, they hung up.  I dialed the number back.  A person answered, "Nationstar Mortgage. Please hold."  No one came back on the line.

I received this bothersome (day sleeper getting ready to work) call from 469-549-2000 asking to call 877-450-8638 claiming it is the number for Nationstar.

What kind of scam are they trying to pull? Do they have nothing else to do?

Whomever SOB they are, they better just fly-a-kite!

Glad people take the time to comment on scams like this and make others aware. I received four calls from this company in 24 hours and three within one hour today. The caller ID just says 'Texas'

Very frustrating they wont stop calling me I have tried to answer then they hang up! I typed in this number comes up champion mortgage, I have nothing to do with them..I wish it woulod stop!

Rec'd call 10/10/2011 on our home line.  Recording requested we call NationStar about our mortgage.  We DO have our mortgage with them so I believe this is legitimate, although the recording is still quite annoying and unfriendly.
