- AndyThe newest scam involves faking a local number no matter where they call because we the people are no longer answering the phone.
- TMacDefinitely a Hispanic/Philippine woman. Long delay while it was connecting. I immediately asked what business she has with my private number. Assured me it wasn't a sales call. I knew it was a scam. Asked her aggressively why the f*%k she is calling a private number. Told her I was calling the police. She hung up immediately. Fortunately I know nobody from this 469 Dallas area code even though I live here. My phone number was previously used by a kid that signed up for every free offer on the planet, so even though this is a work number I don't get 469 calls. I think I scared the little scammer. Doubt I will be getting another call!

- KatharineLeft a long voicemail of just breathing and in the last 3 seconds said something I couldn't understand. Very sketchy.
- Angry TexanThis scammer called with a heavy accent and a very noisy background offering us a free vacation. Despite being told this is a private number on both the state and national Do Not Call lists, she wouldn't shut up or take no for an answer.

- Amused| 1 replyThis number called me earlier today so I saw these comments afterwards and decided to answer when they called again. SwA grand opening invitation that is no commitment and only would take 20 mins of my time. Asked my age and if I'm happily married And how old my husband wAs. Why did I have to talk to 3 ppl is beyond me. Put me on hold after I said I was ready with pen and paper to write the address. Hung up cuz I got bored. I was really curious about the address location. But maybe someone else feels like putting them in by fake listening and will get the address. Post on here if u do!

- Mark Rios replies to ElizabethYou might not want to mention that you will be gone for a month (or mention that you will be gone for any length of time). They have your phone number and can easily get your address and you just told them you wouldn't be home. Just fyi...
- kramAlso received call from "Southwest Airlines". Hung up right away.

- WordsorterSame as everyone else. Person with heavy accent, all I caught was "Southwest Airlines." I yelled at her, demanded she take my name off her list, said she was spamming me, etc., etc., etc. I think she got scared because she hung up. Number is now blocked. Disgusting that these folks get away with this.

- StupidMonikerOffered me two tickets to promote "word of mouth advertising". Asked if married/dating, when I said no, said she will call back when they are doing a singles promotion. Definitely a foreign accent, Asian but I can't be more specific than that. I am in California, but still got the Texas number. She correctly identified my local city, but that info can easily be accessed using area code and prefix.
- Caller: "Delta Airlines"
- JENNIFERSounded like an indian guy, claim to be Calling from a doctor office. I asked him who he was calling for and he said you mam, then I asked him what is my name and he hung up.

- SLMReceived a call and a hangup on my cellphone Saturday, August 15, 2015 @ 4:44PM PDST. No voice message received.
- PurrerA woman with a heavy South-Asian (probably Indian) accent called and introduced herself as being associated with "Southwest Airlines". I was unable to understand her incoherent stammer. After telling her twice that she got the wrong guy she mumbled something like "where the queens go, the king will follow" and hung up. Weirdest statement ever. Anyway, caller ID showed that the call was from Texas. It appears to be a badly thought-out Scam of a mentally debilitated person from South-India.

- realtorgo away... spammer.
- LilyA heavy Indian accent, sha said she was from American airline, blah blah and I could win two free tickets. Hang up
- Avoided a scamI had the call just now. I told her I was not interested as I knew she was not with SWA and she was simply trying to scam me fraudulently. The proof in the accuracy of my statement was her not so friendly hand up preceeded by a f@#$ you.
- Mallory (in Tulsa)I'm going through my last month's worth of unanswered calls from out of (my) area...So far, I've found over 20 that are scammer/spammer a@$#%^$&s. And another number blocked, UGH!
- DarlenePerson called saying they were from Southwest Airlines and wanted me to attend a grand opening celebration in Richardson. I told them I wasn't interested and she asked me why. Told her I had just lost my husband and I rarely leave the house so that I can mourn. She said "_uck you" and hung up.
