Its sprint. they left message asking to call back in reference to an urgent matter.

Called left voice mail claiming to be sprint wanting to discuss an urgent matter with a phone number that isnt even mine

They left an urgent matter message to call them @ 480-263-4013

Of course the name they asked for sounded like Cuban and I've never had a Sprint account.

It's definitely Sprint.  Whether or not you people have ever had a Sprint account or not, I don't know.  But I do know that this number is a "pay you bill nag-line" from Sprint.  Period.

It's not sprint they are fraud do not pay over the phone to this number they are saying they are Sprint but they are not..... Don't fall for the fraud from this fake automatic system.

They said they were with sprint and didn't even use my phone number! SCAM!!!!!!!

ATTENTION -- this number 480-263-4013 is NOT a valid Sprint phone number. I have Sprint cells and just verified this with Sprint. Sprint is now  sicking their fraud dept on it asap. This 480 # is a scam. Do NOT call this number back as it is presumably trying to get your personal info. ONLY call the 800 or 888 numbers you KNOW are legit Sprint numbers. You have been warned.

I too also have Sprint and verified the phone number with them and it is NOT them.

If it was Sprint, they would be sending you emails and text messages as well. Just Sayin...

It is the Sprint automated phone message. If you call the number back you will find that it is indeed Sprint Customer Finance. But you probably already know that your account is past due. Amazing the number of people will jump to negative conspiracy theories about just about everything.

Fake as hell. Got a call, automated message said SANTOS has an overdue bill and to call this number. I called it, after asking for my # it said I owed 300 some odd dollars and asked for payment. I got someone on the line (they said they were with Sprint) and they asked for my pin. When I wouldn't give it to them they asked for my security questions and I refused and hung up.

Then I called the official sprint line and confirmed I didn't owe anything and that the 480 # wasn't a sprint number. Then the sprint rep asked if I had shared any security info.

automated message asked for my zipcode.  how do I find out who's asking?

I Know for a Fact that you are Lying!  This may be Your number by which you Steal money from people who respond to it!

Called Sprint and yes, this is a SCAM.  The SCAM number gives you the wrong amount owing and has no real information about your account.  if you pay attention, the recordings are even different than the real Sprint recordings.

This same number calls ONLY when I have forgotten to pay my bill on time. I spoke with a sprint customer service rep that said the number wasn't theirs, but then spoke to her manager who informed me that it's NOT a Sprint number, HOWEVER, Sprint outsources the finance calls. It's SUPPOSED to only be calling the primary number on the account. As a matter of safety, call *2 from your phone instead of calling the number back directly. You'll be directed to customer finance if your bill is past due, or to customer service if it's in good standing.
