Yes I too just now received a check- Money order from Wells Fargo-- saying it was 'they did not provide the required notification when the account came due"?? makes no sense as I havent  had a Wells Fargo account in over 11 years!!  FRAUD

Jan 2022 - they are at it again!  Just got a $5 check from "Wells Fargo" with this number on it.

I just received a check as well.  I was totally suspicious.  I called the number as well as the 800 number for Wells Fargo and this is a legit check.  I too haven't had a WF account since the 90s.  Surprise money is good money.  They have been involved in many judgments against them and have been ordered to pay back a ton of money.

Received a check from Wells Fargo Auto from an old car loan from 2008.  Funds due to me when it had been paid off.  Called the # (888-753-3042) on the notice.  480-394-3122 was listed on the actual check too; did not call that one.   Check was LEGIT!

I also RCVD a cashier's CHK for a acct that has not been used in years. Also the return mail address does not match up with any of Wells Fargo's addresses & there's no Wells Fargo address anywhere on the CHK.

I called 480- 394-3122 number to verify if this "Cashiers check" was valid and the woman stated, "No it has not been cashed, it is valid" I said "That was not my question. I want to know if this is a real check as I have NOT used a Wells Fargo in about 15 years" She didn't say anything I said "Ok, you now you have answered my question. Goodbye!"  I suggest you take it to a Wells Fargo bank... just to be sure

Received a cashiers check and called  wells fargo main customer service number! It is in fact a legit check from a discrepancy on my loan years ago! Just thought id share

Your probably working with the crew. They have se t me 2 cashiers checks and they are bogus. Credit for how legit it looks.

I'm a chronic victim of identity theft and I received a check with this number on it. I have been kidnapped by my identity thieves and never receive legitimate or real mail. Therefore this is fraud.

So I went into a Wells Fargo branch today and the branch manager said it was in fact a valid cashiers check.  But they couldn't cash it because it also had my father's name on it.  Can you give me more info please

I did infection go into a Wells Fargo branch today, to verify the Validity of the cashiers check.  They said it was valid. But I couldn't cash because it is also in both my dad's name and mine.  Is there anything else I should be doing to validate it, before depositing into my credit union

I'm happy I came across this thread before moving forward with cashing this check I also got from Wells Fargo. I just got a bank account at a credit union for the first time in a long time. I used to use cashapp and paypal for my paychecks. I'm going to take this to my new bank and ask about it. I'm grateful I got my life together. It's sad that some people don't care to better themselves and they think it's okay to do things like fraud/scamming people.

I need to know the meaning of WF FLM in a cashier check. This means that the account has been closed by BSA Department?
