I had my cell phone number call my home phone. Only problem was my cell was in my pocket and I was the one answering the home phone. Was gonna prank them back, but no one on the other end.

GoDaddy, calling from Arizona.  Don't know why.
I use them for the purchase of a domain.  That's on the internet.  Thus, they should contact me on the internet.
When I receive a call from a company, unsolicited, to push me into buying more stuff, I make a mental note to not use the company in the future.

I receive at least one missed call to my cell from this number every day. They never leave a message, which leads me to believe it is a telemarketing effort.

They call ALL the time! They start off as "customer service follow-up" BUT in all actuality they're ALWAYS trying to "upsell" ... Unfortunately it's not their fault ... it's greedy Bob Parsons!

Re 480-505-8859, from whom I've received many calls which I don't answer: I've been with Go Daddy for a lot of years and am "current" for another nine years. I spoke with Sales/Marketing/Tech Support about the calling number. Neither department recognized that number. Additionally, I was told that there is absolutely NO REASON apparent which would instigate Go Daddy to be calling me.

Its a legal requirement. Simple as that....otherwise "slimy" individuals will go to court and win versus them!

You ever think that maybe...just maybe...you cant give customer service via the internet? What do you want them to do ...skype call you?  I am pretty sure they make the effort to reach out to you because 90% of people who have websites have no clue what to do once they get one. If you get "sold" something...that is on you. You are making the buying decision...however you wont ever know what you need unless you actually hear the options. I love to receive a call from a company I do business with because half the time it ends up that they have changed something, or updated something and it actually benefits me.

This number calls once every morning, about the same time. Shows up as GoDaddyCDT and since I have a GoDaddy hosted website, I answered even though the "CDT" didn't look right to me. Nobody on the other end. Sick of the calls, I contacted the REAL GoDaddy customer service number (shown on their website) and was told that nobody is calling me from GoDaddy and someone is scamming using the GoDaddy name. So, as suspected and as noted in other posts, this is a fraudulent caller. I blocked this number from my phone. Done.

This is Godaddy, not a spammer or robocall. THey are calling because your domain is expiring or there was a major change on your account. Please do not list this as a spam call, they are just doing their job.

I talked with the lady, she was very nice and reminded me I had 7 days to renew my domain. I probably would of forgot, and gave me a chance to go do it now.

This number is legit from GoDaddy. I had a website through them for a small business and had the account set up for auto renewal (unknown to my knowledge), but my payment on file had expired and they were trying to reach me to see if I still wanted to renew. It's not a scam, just GoDaddy trying to renew customer websites.

This number has called a few times in the past couple of days--including one about five minutes ago. I do have a domain registered through them that's coming up for renewal soon, but I have it set to auto-renew, and I don't need a sales droid trying to up-sell me stuff I don't need. So, I'm ignoring the calls.

Rcvd a call from this number. Male caller stating he was from GoDaddy and needed to speak with Daniel B. Told him wrong number and hung up. Sure wish I knew how to get rid of these calls since I am on a DO NOT CALL list!

Are you forced to answer the phone in any manner? If you don't know the number, it'd do you some good ignoring the calls entirely. The list won't stop all junk calls, it was never intended to. You can stop the calls eventually by not answering at all.
