These idiots call with a game-show announcer bouncy voice saying "Congratulations!! You have won a free trip..."  Recording, no apparent way out except to hang up.  Just another scam.

Scammer.  Seems to be mostly attempting to scam Arizonans today.

Male caller claimed I previously stayed at "one of their resorts" and may qualify for a reduced stay in Orlando Florida and although I said he was a liar and that I wouldn't answer his questions, he interrupts me with his sales jargon. I hung up and added him to call block.

I haven't been at any resort for over 7 years....

This number goes to a previous verizon wireless number that is supposed to be no longer in service. Someone is using a number that is not used anymore or been stolen....

telemarketing claiming not to be governed  by do not call laws, free stay at one of their resorts, just pay the travel and lodging taxes $200.00 plus, just another scam

"Free" cruise scam.

I've gotten three robo calls this morning. One from this number (which is a Phoenix prefix). They just hung up. But now that I know their game, I think I'll answer with "Have you found Jesus?" And then launch into a sermon. Maybe they'll block ME!

Caller ID said Arizona. When I answered there was no one on the other end so I just ended the call.

Robocall. "Free cruise" scam.

Scammer. I answered and they hung up. I have received the call from this number before. I finally blocked the caller.  I know they will another way to call me.

got this call  today and they stay on the line for a while and then hang up.  I have caller id so I don't answer if I don't recognize phone numbers.  Also, I have found that even if I do answer I absolutely say nothing just like they do and they do the same....just hand  up.  Get a life people!  We're not into all this BS calls!!!

Just received two calls from this number, but they hung up before the 2nd ring. Not knowing the number I blocked the number. I am on the no call list.

I only answered this because I still have an AZ cell phone number. I still occasionally get wrong number calls from AZ and figured this was the same. Nope, free cruise scam. Isn't it enough that these people spam my home phone? I guess not. Off to see if I can report this to AT&T now that I've blocked it.

got call from 480-662-1844 on my cell, did not answer.  Called number back from home phone and got recording "Welcome to verizon wireless, the number you have reached has been changed, disconnected or no longer in service..."

This is a call from a Verizon Wireless user - I called the number at it was no longer in service - just like most of these calls.

I answered, and they hung up....  so I called the number back and it said "Verizon Wireless" but that the number had been disconnected....so somebody now has this number and is making disruptive, annoying phone calls to homeowners.  How do we once and for all get rid of these pests??????

Two rings -- not even time for my trusty answering machine to pick up. What can possibly be the point of that?

Incoming call to my home phone (which is on the Do Not Call Registry) from "WIRELESS CALLER" at this number. Was not home, they did not leave a message.
