- Richard| 1 replyIt is after 8 PM, My wife who is ill was sleeping, all of a sudden our phone rings. You guessed it . It is these idiots trying to tell me that my computer it sending out viruses. These dipsticks just wont quit calling my phone number to try to put their scam at work on my computers. Filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commissions Do Not Call department is useless as the dipsticks are in another country and are not held to that list. Although the phone number may appear to be from the united states, it is not. Only way to get rid of these dipsticks is to file a complaint with INTERPOL. They have jurisdiction to pursue these dipsticks in another country and in the past they have been successful in shutting down some but not all of these scamming boiler room operations. Waking my wife up is sufficient for me to want to tell them which way the wind blows and what they can do with their operation. In the past I have told the Hindu on the other end of the phone that I KNOW my computer is infected with viruses because I am a hacker and I just infected their phone lines. To which the Hindu told me " Oh that is against the law and I am going to report you to the FBI." To which I said "Go ahead and right after that I will REPORT YOU for scamming people.!!!" Before someone goes and sends a file to the FBI, let me say , I am not a hacker, i just told the Hindu that!!!!!!!!

Scam 711 (that’s the 711th scam I’ve blocked since getting my then-new phone in July 2016 and not a reference to a certain convenience store chain ) - RensbergerWanted computer info. Told him I was on do not call list. Started being vulgar, calling names, and saying was going to take 10 friends and gang rape me. 4 minute call, finally hung up.

- AK FishDon't buy off on this scam! Person with a middle eastern accent said they were with Windows 10 support. When I first answered he told me immediately to turn on my computer before even saying "hello". I asked him to verify that he was with Windows and all he could give me was my first name. What a joke! Tell him to "buzz off" and hang up!

- KarieThis number has called nearly every day since 9-1-18, and up until today, no one has ever spoken when we ask who is on the line. Today, a man named "Peter" came on the line and asked to speak with my husband by his name. As I already recognized the phone number, I told "Peter" that we were tired of the phone calls and they needed to STOP. "Peter" was quite insistent that he speak to my husband, and I again told him that we weren't interested in whatever he was selling or had to say and to stop calling. "Peter" then tried his "calm down" ma'am tactics and said he wasn't selling anything because (are you ready for this??) HE WAS FROM WINDOWS TECHNICAL SUPPORT and calling about our computer!!!!! "Really"? I said to him. "How Interesting! Because we don't own a F-ing Computer! So STOP CALLING!!" I am posting this number on every site I can find to alert the public that these clowns are STILL trying to SCAM THE PUBLIC.

- Rick from OhioLike clockwork, I receive these calls routinely; a very obvious scammer. Took my gibberish for 11 minutes. I guess the ONLY way to thwart these lowlife scam artists is to waste their time. Unfortunately, I'm wasting MY time, too!!!

- Ohg2azGot another call today. I get between 7 and 8 calls a week from Windows Tech Support. Today I felt like playing around with them. He guy said that my computer was effective. I said, effective, well that's a good thing, it's if it was infective that there would be a problem. He said that he needed me to get to the computer because we needed to fix it. He then asked me if I was in front of the computer, and I said I can get there in just a few mins, but I was cooking. He asked me if I wanted my computer fixed, and I said yes, but I don't want my pork to burn. He hung up on me. Wonder if it's he doesn't like pork!
