Businesses are allowed to call you if you have an existing business relationship.  You have to tell them not to call.  They can also call you for up to 18 months after the relationship ends.  Again, you have to tell them not to call.

They keep calling the phone at my job and it's getting on my last nerve. Why can't anyone do anything about all of these harassing calls??

I keep getting calls like this and I haven’t given them or anybody like that my number

I received three calls from 15023011989 identified only as originated from Kentucky. My phone rejected the calls and forwarded them to voicemail. No message was left. I checked & refreshed my voicemail. Nothing. All of the calls came between 3:47 pm and 4:58 pm this afternoon, 9/24/2019.
I have blocked this number and will report it to the FTC complaint site.
I am determined to do my part in stopping nuisance calls.

The calls came between 3:47 pm and 3:58 pm. Eleven minutes covered by three separate calls.

This # is humana online pharmacy. Doing surveys or trying to get u to use their online ordering system.

I have received several calls from numbers I did not recognize, so I didn't answer.  However, messages were left.  Two of the calls were from different numbers but with the same message.  They wanted me to call back and tell them what medications I was taking, and one said they were from Walgreens , and another did not identify who they were calling for.  So I blocked the numbers.  However, I did receive two unanswered calls from Humana, and  the message was that they wanted to do an annual review of my medications and asked that I phone back.  Instead, I called the customer service number of the back of my Humana card, and they told me that the call was legitimate and not a scam.  Therefore I called back and did the review.  The number that we are dealing with here is, in fact, from Humana.  They phoned back after my conversation to rate the customer service I had received.  So......THE NUMBER IS LEGIT!  However, from what I've read above, I believe that perhaps they are calling numbers that they have erroneously received.

I have a cell phone on the Do Not Call list.  This number has begun calling my cell phone, although I do not accept any calls initiated outside of myself.  I am going to consider changing my medicare to another company for next year.  Humana usually sends me mail re any new information, I have a burner phone and it costs money to even answer calls.

I have an Indiana area code but live in FL. I kept getting calls from my area code, one right after the other. I finally noticed some of the callers had left voice mail messages. All from or a represenatitive company of Humana Insurance.

Silent call. I do have Humana health and dental insurance, but they typically leave messages so I don't know why they would be silent calling, I don't  owe them money or anything . Caller has called a few times, never leaves message, so I blocked it. I'm on national do not call list.

Still calling - Humana wants to do a BRIEF customer survey.  The last "brief" one lasted 15 minutes before I hung up.

Call their main number and tell them no more phone calls. I had this issue and that stopped it

Do you often look up known phone numbers when there's no logical reason to do so?
