Just received a call.  Answered because only friends and family have this number and people are travelling, so didn't know.  I am on the do not call list, both landline and cell.  Calling my cell really upsets me because I'm charged for long distance before 9 pm (yeah verizon)!  Filed complaint w/FCC & Do not call Registry.

I have no idea who this person is but they've called before and I've never called them back. I just want to know how they got my number.

Ohio- They have been calling so I answered. I took a 30 second political survey and then they offered me a two day cruise. All you have to do is pay for port charges up front 59.00 or so for adult and 99.00 for kids. I tried to end the call several times but the girl would just keep talking so I had to hang up on her. They did not call back.

Yup just got called from these yahoo's. After the 3 question survey they ask for a CC to put $59/person as a "hold" for a cruise spot when it becomes available in the next 18mos.

Its a scam.. and yes you do need a CC to continue with them. what a line of BS.

I received a call from this number this afternoon and submitted a complaint to the Do Not Call Registry.

After answering 3 political questions from an automated message from "Political Opinions of America", I was offered a free cruise from "Caribbean Cruise Lines" and was transferred to a live person. I said I was busy and would have to call them back later and they said it had to be done right then. So I hung up. The websites appear to be valid, but it is a scam.

I answered a call from Pactel-5034685012, probably a spoofed number. The disembodied robot announced it was a short political survey after which you would be entitled to a free cruise to the Bahamas. The multiple choice questions were legit enough like what would it take to make the economy better, do you approve or disapprove of Obama' economic policies, your party affilation. When I pushed "1" to be connected to travel rep, a young man answered and began to give a scripted pitch for the Bahamas' cruise and lo-and-behold he disconnected the call. Iknew it was a scam but I was courious about the pitch and hook.

Robo called my unlisted mobile. I knew it was scam but I thought I might get a real person to "reason with." It was a recording of "John" from "Political Surveys of America." If I would take a (10-12?) question survey, I could have a two night all expenses paid (cruise?) for two. All I had to do is pay (some sort of) handling fee. I chose the option to be put on the do not call list. Yeah, right.

Same thing........ called while I was at Doctor....  I wasn't answering calls obviously, and no message whatsoever.

Another stupid automatic call.  I'm not answering any of them!

I received a call on my residential unlisted number that has been on the federal do not call list since it first started many years ago. The caller ID said pactel. I am over a thousand miles away from the 503 area and my local telephone company is AT&T. This is obviously a criminal scam.
