I am on the National Do Not Call registry and received call this call anyway

got the call last night - got one about a week ago too - supposedly political opinion survey but they say they will "give" you a cruise for 2 to the Bahamas and oh by the way there is a small port charge plus taxes that you have to pay for.  Pressed 9 at the end to supposedly be removed permanently from thier list (yeah sure)

These scumbags called promising a "free" two day cruise to the Bahamas for two in exchange for a 30 second survey.  What a load of crap.  Sounds like a real scam!!!!

I wish they would stop calling my cell.....

So tired of these calls.  Registered for Do Not Call but get them all the time.

I'm in Los Angeles, I automatically reject all non-local area codes but my blacklist is getting longer with these kind of calls and spanish robo-callers even tough my number is registered with "do not call list".

The PoliticalOpinionsofAmerica.org domain was registered at GoDaddy less than 2 months ago and hides behind Domains By Proxy to keep it's true identity secret.  Reading through the text of the site, I find it is filled with typos, grammar errors and seems like somebody just went wild with a buzzword generator.  The only contact information, is a generic form to "email" them (thus giving them your name and email address) and a page with another to give them your phone number to "be removed from our survey contact list".  There are also pages with "latest news", all of which seem to have been scooped up from the Gallup Organization's website.
IF this is a legit outfit, they certainly do not have any serious budgeting for a website, nor do they want to discuss what they do in anything but vague generalities.
Personally, I think this site has just been setup so if the FTC ever comes knocking, they can point and say "See, we do real Political Survey calls, no scams going on here."

Was left a message from "John" of Political Opinions Of America, with the usual scam offer of a "free" cruise (only small port tax and gratuities) for answering a short survey.  A couple hours later, the same call came in to my cell phone, so it looks like their robo-dialer is just plodding through the numbers in my area code.

This call was a political message. I am on a do not call list but yet keep getting these unidentified numbers calling. Verizon will block up to 5 of these calls for 90 days @ no charge. My problem is there are more than 5 I'd like to block. I don't think consumers should lose their minutes or be charged to block numbers. I usually don't answer calls I don't recognize but I do know people in this area code, so I did this one time. Never again.

Hmmmm I believe I already called back and asked to be taken off their call list and the recording said I would.  Thank you for Call Control for my cell!  Just added this number!

Just got a call from this # to my cell. I did not answer, and no message was left.

I also received call from this number on my cell.   I do not give this number to many people.  I do answer, because I am charged for air time.  Hang up as soon as I hear a name. Usually these calls start out with "my name is .........".  I'm in Illinois.

Called 3-22-2012 @ 09:36 did not answer call.

I told them to  " never ever call again, you friggun little dweeb'...then 2 days later the calls started again, continue

Received a call on my cell from this number.  I live in Seattle, WA.  I don't return calls to unknown numbers.
