Gathering info for Lawsuit Against IMX

Please help make it easy to start a Lawsuit against these jerks....

We need all the info you can gather when talking with these people:

Alothough they claim a legal right to telemarket businesses, their methodology (Robo Calling) is ILLEGAL.  When using auto dialers, there must be a human attending the line to pick-up the line within a perscribed time limit once you answer.

Here is the info we need when/if you speak with them:

(1) OFFICIAL BUSINESS NAME
(2) NAME OF THE INDIVIDUAL CALLER
(3) TIME/DATE OF CALL
(4) AS MANY DETAILS REGARDING NATURE OF CALL AS POSSIBLE

SUGGESTIONS...
Engage the caller to collect information.

I am registered on the do not call list but they continue to call every day. I have learned over the past year or so to just ingnore the calls. I get a lot of these types of calls from companies trying to sell me leads. I think I will just try to report them and hope they go away.

Being a web specialist is a real job. They are simply salespeople on a phone, selling a legitimate product. If you are in the real estate business the offer from IMX is just too good to pass up. I have been doing business with them for about four months now, and I am very satisfied. My website traffic has increased greatly. I actually even went into their office to clear up some things with customizing my site as I live in neighboring Hillsboro. They have a physical location in Beaverton, Oregon. They just use a PO box for the address. So try not to be so harsh in calling the employees scum. They are just normal people like you and me, trying to make a living selling Google ad placements for realtors.

Please stop these calls on my cell!!!!!

Is this person just calling realtors? I am a realtor and get these dead end calls often!!!! I have tried calling the number back and they just hang up! Don't they have something better to do with their time?

1/11/11Have also received calls from this # over the past few days, 2-3 times day and just noticed today now also from a slightly different #503-616-9726.  I thought that I also was part of the 'do not call' list, but doesn't seem to be working on this--
This company definitely needs to be reported, but seems no one can find a name, and I don't want to
call back at this # to make them believe there is any possible interest in their call, but they need stopped

This call comes in on my cell phone. Never leaves a message.

I called back to ask them to put me on their do-not-call list but no one answers.  It answers and immmediately hangs up on you.

Same as everyone else....get calls from this number all the time. Definitely an autodialer with no one attending the line...and none of us ever have a message left (autodialer). As mentioned above this is illegal. Everyone please take the time to file a complaint and continue to not answer these calls. These people don't deserve our business.

I have  been getting calls from (503) 716-1136 for MANY months, approx 4-5 times per month.  I wish they would stop calling!  I am a realtor in San Antonio.  Isn't there anything we can do to stop these incessant calls!?

Yes, today was my first call from this number. I am also a Realtor. After reading these posts, i am not looking forward to the coming days. Apparently being on the no call list doesn't matter for whoever is making these calls.

Did you register your complaint on www.DoNotCall.gov ???

If not, then you are complaining without action which means you are not part of the solution. As it is often said, if you are not part of the solution you must be part of the problem.

The FTC will not and can not take action if you do not provide them with details.

I just filed another complaint at www.donotcall.gov

This is my fifth call from this company, I actually talked to these folks on the first call and ask them to not call me again. My response to their subsequent calls has been to file a complaint with the ftc for each offense.  I am giving them every bit of ammo possible. PLEASE HELP BY DOING THE SAME.

Has called and hung up 11 times.  I'm just curious if it's a solicitor or someone unable to get through.

I am a Realtor in NH and have just started getting calls from this number. The number is all over the web, one site says it's a transmission co in Virginia -- that can't be true. My cell number is on the DNR list. Not stopping a doggone thing, is it! Not like they can look at the web too to see all the complaints?
