- MIke Realtor replies to David RealtorI too have ben getting phone calls from this number for a while, but no one answers. It is annoying
- Chuck, realtorI too get calls from this number with the same experiances, however there is a second number I get calls from 503 616 9726. I've also got messages telling me that they were a debt collector and I needed to call back. I have no debt so I know it's some kind of scam, so I don't call back.
I noticed there are a lot of realtors on this list and believe I heard the name of Connie Metcalf before.
Sounds like someone got a hold of a list that we are on.? - AbraBI think it is a Real Estate Marketing Company. That would make sense because I saw that several REALTORS have posted that the number called them and I am a REALTOR as well
- cpackard replies to FineWhineJust started receiving these calls as well. I'm a WA Realtor. After reading these notes though, I called IMX (800-315-5641) and asked to be removed from their call list. I was very nice about it and not angry with the customer service rep, so I'm hoping that works. I also told her about this message board and the bad press. Fingers-crossed! And good luck!
- Kay replies to register a complaintI have been registered with the Do Not Call List for quite some time and they still call me!!
- WEP503-716-1136 has called me twice in the past two days. They do not leave a message and when you try to call them back the line disconnects. I am reporting them to DNC and having my wireless carrier block them.
- folks replies to jkchialasThey are debt collectors!! Goggle that number and WATCH what "pops" up !!
- DONT WORRY ABOUT IT| 6 repliesLook folks, sorry your all feeling like your being harrased but its just part of the job. What this number is that is calling you is considered a Business to Business call so all the DNR and DNC lists are overridden. It is in fact a call from a reality company and it is in fact somewhere in Oregon. I used to work with this company about 6 months ago until i got canned for not making sells... Its called IMX and there actually a pretty decent company to work for, until you dont make sales which is hard in this day in age when theres people like you complaining all the time. Just keep answering your phones until someone actually gets ahold of you and hear what they have to say... They have a pretty sweet offer to give you
- Caller: IMX
- Call type: Telemarketer
- CeNsOrEd replies to DONT WORRY ABOUT ITHere is all the info you need to deal with these people at:
http://www.bbb.org/oregon/business-reviews/in ... ton-or-22025321
They go under the name IMX as well as Link Tech as well as TSSI
Good luck folks! - Paul replies to Back-at-chaI had the number blocked by Sprint and now they are calling from another number 503-707-0303 and they now wait for my voice mail and leave no message. Does anyone have any suggestions?
- Reply to 'Don't Worry About It' replies to DONT WORRY ABOUT ITBS - I get a call approximately every 4 or 5 days on my personal cell phone. I have answered evry time. Every time I say I have heard the sales pitch, I am not interested, and please do not call anymore. One time the salesman called back right away, asking if I changed my mind yet. One time the salesman just laughed at me and said, "talk to you again tomorrow!" - and called the next day. One time I asked to talk to a supervisor, the salesman replied, "yeah right" and hung up.
This company is NOT a decent company! Business to business calls do NOT include calling personal cell phones. They are rude and their sales tactics are illegal.
KEEP COMPLAINING AND REPORT TO APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES. Hopefully one day we can change this awful companies tactics! And for sure...DO NOT sign up or purchase anything from this company!! - GeorgeI think i heard MDX promotions department. (it was rather quick) I asked if the call was sales or marketing and the woman just ignored the question. She continued to say they are the leaders in Google search placement..She was talking so fast it was hard to get a word in. After a minute she paused and I asked to be removed from their calling list. It seems like every company is a leader in Google placement. If they are so great at this service wouldn't it be logical for me to find them on Google if I needed their service?
- Caller: MDX promotions department
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Gary replies to DONT WORRY ABOUT IT| 2 repliesIt is ILLEGAL for them to telemarket my "personal cell phone".... PERIOD.
I have no idea how they obtained my personal cell phone number, I do NOT use it in advertising and it is not made publicly available. I only offer my office numbers in advertising, if these jerks were calling those numbers they would be within the bounds of the law, BUT THEY ARE NOT.
ADDITIONALLY... they are using an automated dialing system in an improper and illegal manor.
At $1500 per illegal call
+ $1500 for illegal use of an Auto Dialer
+ $1500 for calling a Private Cell Phone
=====================================
= $4500
X each offense (already have documented 4 calls)

= one nice vacation package for me! - JCall 800-315-5641, ask to speak with Morgan. She will lie to you and try to sell you some advertising. Or just be like me and call the 800 # from a blocked phone all day.

- reba replies to DONT WORRY ABOUT ITwhat is their sweet deal?
- Lalavi replies to Cathy DelaneyI’m real estate agent. I received this call first time tonight, TV was very loudly and I couldn’t understand what this girl wants. I wanted to turn out TV but she was disconnected. To call back was useless. Does someone know what they want?

- SCRealtor replies to AMI tired this service for 6 months and obtained nothing in return except poor customer service with no solid evidence of how to track any of the so called leads they said I was getting to my website. When I discontinued the service they continued for two months to remove funds from my bank account without my permission. It took a couple of visits to my bank as well as many letters by email to these people along with a letter to the BBB before I got this issued resolved - resolved meaning stopping them from stealing my money! Don't use it! Advice I wish someone would have given to me.
- a ny realtorI got this call tonight. Sounded like a number of others I've received. What's really a shame is the "do not call" list is as worthless as the CAN SPAM Act. There is NOBODY to follow up on a complaint. You would think with the fines that were set up to the tune of $11k there would be someone who would be glad to collect the money. We could fund a large school district with just the money collected from this one company. Forget the federal gov do not call complaint system. It does NOT work. If you really want to do something call your local congressman or woman and your state senator every day until you can get an appointment to tell them what you think. If enough of us do this then MAYBE they might do something about it. They did make me laugh. They promised me top placement for a term where I already appear at the top of the page. FYI, I asked for a call back number and was given 800-315-5641. What they need is jail time for violators. BTW, Craftmatic got hit with a $4.5m fine and I think DirectTV got hit for over $5M. They just don't bother going after the little guys.

- KY Realtor replies to IMX BROKERHello IMX employee. I have been called and I have answered. It's good business to answer the phone. But when I answer, and I say "Hello, this is..." I am then hung up on. When I let it go to voicemail you leave no message (that's bad business) that signals us... the saavy real estate agents that we are... that you and your company must be complete bulls**t.
so treat us with the respect we deserve, and maybe you wouldn't have to be such a**holes all the time.
and don't be so SHADY.
