Called and left voice mail about how the IRS was filing suit against me.

Automated dialer, said they were the IRS and we're filing a suit against me. Idiots.

Received an automated voice message to call this number back because the 'IRS is filing a lawsuit against you'.

Told them I was calling cops and he said I would be arrested

Got a call, no message, blocking it.

I never, ever answer a call when I don't recognize the number (such as this one) however was surprised a message was left.  Like many of the other reports this too said it was from the IRS.  Yeah like the IRS is going to be calling me on a Saturday!!!!  Wish there was something to do about these types of calls since being on the Do Not Call registry seems to be useless.

Just got the message...when I call back he says I owe 4200 or else they will seize my accounts and credit cards....I owe nothing!

i asked for their irs agent number and they hung up. this number had called me today 10-03-15, a saturday, and left a threatening automated voice mail that irs was suing me.

its a hoax irs never calls to threaten..abc 15 in az warns you of these calls all the time.i was threaten of not appearing for jury duty.lol  theyre all a hoax.

Got a call at 2:00 PM EST 10-3-2015 from this number.  A robo call saying IRS had filed a case against me and to call them back to get more information.  Even said Thank you at the end of the call.  I've been getting a lot of scam calls lately, and 800notes is great for identifying them..

Called and Left a voice message said IRS is filing a law suit against me, I must call back immediately. I called back, line was busy.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

sound like fraud a recorder stating filing a law suit people beware sound like scam do not give any information out and spread the word

I dont answer numbers i dont know.  This is the message i received on 10/2/15
"File. Please call immediately on our department number 509-315-3034. I repeat 509-315-3034. Thank you."
It wasnt even a full message.  Stupid scammers need to be caught.  Too many people are falling for this.

Same IRS lawsuit threat. A Scam!

Received message from the 509-315-3034 number giving the same threat about being sued by irs.  Called number back and woman wanted verification of name and last 4 digits of SS# so she could look up case file. Told her since she called me, she should have that info.  SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

Trying to tell me i didn't file my taxes right for the year 2010 through 2015. WRONG!!!
