I just got the same call.

Got as message to call ASAP

I got a voice mail saying that I am being sued by the Irshad and it is my final notice, I called the number back and first try had a guy with an Indian accent hang up on me when I asked why am I getting  a call about a lawsuit. I called it again and got a lady with an Indian accent I also asked her why I am getting a call about a lawsuit and is this a scam, the lady got kinda defensive and said "if you believe this is a scam then you can hang up and not waste my time." I told her that I do not have a lawsuit against me and she asked for a case number, I told her I don't have a case number because there is no lawsuit that I am aware of aND told her again this seems like a scam and she hung up.

an automated message from this number says the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me

Same as others. Scam automated voice message : "IRS filing a lawsuit  against  you"

Yes got same message and its a scam IRS does not call about lawsuits. If they call only because you asked in a letter to hear back from them. DO NOT provide any info to these unsolicited calls.IRS does not do random calls like this.
