they call my elderly mother several times a day.  Stay away from these people.  They are predators!

This is a scam!  Very insistent on immediate donation with out the opportunity to look into the charities background.  The woman acted highly offended that her word for the legitimacy of the call was not enough for me.  She said she would mail information to me which she never did.  They call three times a day now.

She started reading her script and ask would we make a donation to the Children Cancer. Ask how she got our number since it is unlisted. And hung up.

This fund raiser I would not give to.  The lady asked for Anna who I asked.  Told her no one was here by that name she went on to explain who she was and started talking I tried to tell her to take me off the list and she would not let me talk.  I screamed at her to listen to me several times and she kept talking over me finally because I was getting mad she hung up on me.  FTC really needs to crack down on these people.

512-831-5441 - Received a call from this number many times since June 2013.  Finally decided to answer it and a lady was collecting for Children's Cancer.  Sad, I was honest and told her I do NOTHING over the phone and she kept talking about me giving $40, that was their minimum.  Again I told her I did not do ANYTHING over the phone and she asked if I would be more comfortable paying $20-25?  By now, I was upset with this and smelt a rat so I said, I do nothing over the phone and hung up.   So sad....

couple of calls from 512-831-5441; called their # late at nite; "Children Cancer Recoverery Foundation"  in Austin TX.  Sounds like a hoax.

I have my name and number on the DO NOT call list, Take my name and Number off your calling list. I give to the charities I can already. Calling me you are wasting my time and also yours.

Same old tired scam.  Trying to take advantage of our innate sympathy for children with cancer to steal our money.  Blocked and reported.  Again....

I hate to categorize it as a "Non-profit" because I'm absolutely certain the crooks make a profit.  I doubt if "Childrens Cancer" get 5%.

Caller ID says "CHILDRENS CANCE".  No msg left.

The 512 area code is in Austin, TX. According to the BBB, the only Children's Cancer anything (located in Austin) is believed to be out of business and NOT accredited by the BBB! Just another scam!!

Very true analysis of  what they are---I wonder if they even give 10% to any "cause".

This number called at 9pm last night! I mean really! I answered, informed the caller it was 9 pm and I didn't appreciate her calling and waking up my 2 young children. Her answer? Well I am calling from a michigan call center. I said ok, well we are on the no call list and have an unlisted number and I would appreciate if she would respect that. Her answer? Rudely stated, well that doesn't apply to non profit. My answer? Well ok that's fine but it's still 9pm and you are not allowed by law to call after that time. It escalated from there where she was pretty much yelling at me to just listen to what she had to say it would only take a couple seconds. I told her I have no interest in hearing what she had to say, especially at 9pm! And demanded she put us on her no call list. She just got rude and said she would and I hung up on her. She asked for my husband by name, caller ID said children's cancer. What a bunch of jerks, reported to FCC this am, especially considering it would have been 10pm in michigan when she called.

lady called asking for funds to this cancer charity. told her they have had the cure for cancer. also said that dispite the ads showing ill children if the drug companies released the cure .billions of dollars would no longer be needed for research. and you could spend your time in a more productive position.  she hung up..... fyi they do have the cure people !!!!!!!!!

childrens cancer on caller id ?   hummmm   spring break coming to an end and eveyone back to boiler room jobs.  scammers scammers scammers......   i will not answer your call so give up now .

My wife had donated money to a children's cancer fund, and now we are being harassed by this fund raiser. For months they having been calling sometimes two to three times a day. My wife and I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling, but they will not stop. I will never again donate money to any organization; every time I do something to help someone else they sell my name and phone number to the spammers. The thing that amazes me more is that no law enforcement agency will get involved, apparently it is fully legal for telemarketers to harass anyone they want.
