Called my landline but I did not pick up and no message left. Caller ID said Mason, OH. Checked here and saw that I was right not to answer. Thanks to everyone who reports these calls.

Called 10/12/2016.  No message.  Blocked.

i picked up and told him I was in Pakistan....he asked if I have visa or mastercard, so I told him american express.
he kept saying, Speak English, Speak English.....he hung up when I said f-you in English?  how rude of him.

Yet another scammer that got to hear the sound of me hanging up on them.  Caller ID name is their phone number itself.

Called from a forwarding number 970-352-3463.  Sales, but hung up.

Called on New Year's eve. Blocked

Scammers don't care if it's a holiday, especially over-seas scammers.

CID said Unavailble. So was I as my Robo call service picked it up and dumped it

Looks like this number's been reactivated and comes up on CID as "out of area".  Thanks to all who posted.  You confirmed what I suspected, and I've blocked it.

They called twice within about two hours today.

I don’t have enough space to block so I don’t answer and make them wait for phone to ring 6 times before answering machine kicks in. Think it would work best if we could instead select few numbers we want to receive and then nothing else gets through. It’s gotten so bad that I don’t check my phone very often and only use it for outbound to call family.

I have felt that many calls I receive are telemarketers. Thanks to all for the info.

Answered phone after third ring. Male came on the line and asked for the lady of the household by name. I asked who was calling and he said his name (if it was) and that he was with habitat for humanity. Told him I was not interested and hung up. Blocked call. Caller ID (CID) said unavailable which to me is suspicious. Why not put their real ID there if it was who they say they are.

This pest has repeatedly called me too over the past few days.  I've already blocked it though so I never hear it ring. I happened to notice it just now when checking my call logs.

This number has been calling me every day; I can tell from the way there is a long pause before hanging up after my answering machine message plays. They call even after 8:00pm. I finally star 69ed the call and then blocked it. My brother's solution: besides his cell, he kept his landline, but only to call out and the phone never rings, plus he unhooked his answering machine. Finally his family gets peace!

On October 7, they called 3 times within 4 hours in the afternoon. They did not leave a message because out of area calls are blocked. I now have my phone set to 7 rings with a long message. Not sure why they keep calling, but no answer from me. I am also on the do not call list.
