I did not answer. They did not leave message. I will not call them back :)........................surely telemarketing  .................they can call me again................not problem. Anyway I will not answer.

Called as an Ohio ID while I was at school, didn't leave a message. Pretry sure it's a scammer.

Called my cell a coupla hours ago.  Left no message,  For the past several months, I have received maybe one or two calls on my cell per week that are not identified and come from all over the U.S.  The same caller number is never repeated.  This HAS to be scammers or telemarketers, for they are aware they can be sued.  I very rarely even use my cell and I only answer when it is someone I know.

The Do Not Call list does work. Unfortunately, the DNC list is for companies that are honest/legit. Unfortunately, scammers/Criminals dont care about the DNC list or any laws that they might be breaking. The only thing these scammers/Criminals care about is getting your personal information so they can steal your hard earned money! Outside of that, they dont care about you or the law, including the DNC list. The best way to protect yourself, so that way you wont become a victim of fruad or identify theft is by not giving out any personal information over the phone to anyone who calls you for several reasons:
1) you can not verify the indenity of the individual who called you and
2) you can not verify the name of the company/organization they claim to represent.
Just my opinion, if you don't reconize the phone number, don't answer the phone and let it go to Voice mail. If no message is left, then the call wasn't important to begin with. Most companies will leave a message if its important.

The DNC list doesn't protect you from scammers/Criminals either!

Called my cell phone on 4/29/2016 at 2:00 PM and phone only showed the number. Since I didnt reconize the phone number, let it go to VM. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with.
I dont answer my phone from numbers that I dont reconize, regardless who is calling.
Number is now blocked permanently!

Caled my cell this afternoon. I just hit the reject button and abra cadabrah, they were gone!

Unfortunately nobody here on the 800 notes can make the calls go away. You can how ever, purchase an inexpensive phone blocking device from Amazon.com or from a local retail store in your area and install the unit on your landline phone. The unit is easy to hook up and activate. If its your cell phone, depending on how old your cell phone is, you can down load an app onto your cell phone that will allow you to block unwanted calls. Newer cell phones already have an app installed on the phone for blocking. Depending on the type of cell phone you have, the features will be some what different. If your not sure how to set it up, your service provider will help you with the process.

Do not call not interested

it is a recorded number for a "free security system," which means it is a scam. I blocked it. It was the second time these people harassing me, and as I look at this site, I see all sorts of ads on it for security cameras, so it makes me wonder if this is related to one of these sites.

Caller hung up on me. So annoying.
